Stayed Mar 30, 2025The Sugar House worked out great for our week in SLC while visiting the University of Utah Hospital. Only a 10 minutes drive to/from. The house is clean and spacious and worked out for our group of six. Easy access to grocery, coffees and shopping/food. Be sure to use only Google Maps to locate the property as Apple sent us to a nearby apartment building. the host, Henry was responsive and friendly.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025The house was perfect location for our visit to University of Utah. Everything we needed was walkable, loved the location! There is a beautiful park within walking distance, grocery store, coffee, gym within walking distance. Short drive to everything.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Comfortable Stay! This house is clean and bright with updated kitchen and baths. The floors are hard surface - original hardwood and tile on the main level and laminate on the lower level. The street is busy but there is off-street parking, including a space inside the gate. The lower level bedroom is super quiet and a nice separate option from the main level living. The host was generous in offering an early check-in (which we didn't use due to the timing of our flights) and offering a later check-out which was helpful for one of us who had a later flight. Keurig coffee pods were provided along with a few spices and pantry basics. We're cooks so one suggestion would be to add a couple more cutting knives. Overall, a nice clean and comfortable place for our Salt Lake City visit.

Stayed May 9, 2025We loved this place. It was clean and very homey. Perfect location if you want to be in a safe neighborhood, away from the busy city, but still an easy commute to slc and surrounding areas. Definitely would like to stay here again!
