Stayed Feb 7, 2026We arrived late into Ft Lauderdale and did not get to the house until 1:30am. On the front door was a digital lock and we had the code. We put it in 3 different times and the door did not open. It locked us out and we waited for 30 minutes and tried it again. The locking system would not allow us to try again so I had to get a room at the Hampton in at 2:30am for 350. I came back at 7:00 am to try the door again and it was still in lock out mode. The owner read my text and called me and attempted to unlock it remotely but that failed also. They had a key box that they told me I could get a key from and that let me in. I did ask since the system locked me out for the rest of the night if I could get a refund for the first night since I had to rent a room at the Hampton. They refused and I will not be returning to that home again.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025Property was clean as a whistle. Host was extremely responsive. Furniture and beds and linens were all nice and clean.For info - there are no lamps, so only lighting is the overhead fixtures and ceiling fans. Also, there is no dishwasher. The neighborhood is a bit hit and miss with some older houses and some newer houses. Location is good, only about five minutes to federal, which has nice restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the beach.
