Access downtown Naples with all its upscale and award winning restaurants and shopping - a mere 15 mins way. Countless beaches are also only a short car ride away from the home. The world famous East Naples Community Park has 65 Pickleball Courts located 7 minutes away. Marco Island with its pristine beaches and beautiful sunsets is a mere 16 minutes away.
