Cozy 3BR Littleton Home: 2Kings + Queen Beds /Pet Friendly/Walkable!

The outside of the home was not maintained very well, but the inside was. However, we did come across a black spider in the main shower, which was fine, but then when we had the spiders crawling across the pillows in one of the bedrooms that made us really uncomfortable. I did bring it to the owner’s attention and she just apologized and said she’d call someone to come out and spray. For what we paid, we shouldn’t have had to deal with spiders, especially in the bed.

Kathy was very responsive to any questions we had and very pleasant to work with. We had the opportunity to meet her when she had to come over to replace a battery in the smoke detector. Her place was beautiful and she had thought of a lot of special things, like doggie poop bags and creamer for the coffee. We truly had an enjoyable stay and so did our dogs.

We had 5 adults and 1 child in our group. The host was very responsive and gave us some tips for things to do in the area. It was located very close to downtown Littleton. There were nice little extras like bottled water in the fridge and a fully stocked coffee bar. The house fit our needs perfectly with one exception....there is not a full-size ironing board. I had checked online to make sure there was an iron because we were attending a wedding and didn't even think about checking the size of the board. We made due and overall were very happy with the accommodations.

If you are visiting Littleton with family or friends, this house is a great choice. It is very clean, comfortable and well stocked.

House and host both awesome. Kathy was responsive and even got a kennel for my dog. The only thing I would say was that the beds are a little big for the rooms making it a little difficult to maneuver.

Super cute! Had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable! There were a couple of minor things that we mentioned to the host personally! Would definitely stay here again

Property suited our family’s needs for a weekend wedding.

Our family is moving to NC from Denver and we needed a place to stay for 10 days with three kids finishing up school. Great location close to Main Street in Littleton, etc. Very quiet little neighborhood with a really cool park within 5 minute walk. The only issue I had was no washer and dryer, but there is a great wash and fold laundry mat 0.5 miles away. Would 100% recommend for any type of travel. Host was fantastic!

The house was cozy, cute, and efficient. The beds werw nicely made and so very comfortable. The host was responsive. I highly recommend this little gem.

There were four of us and it was a comfortable for everyone. Very clean, and perfect location for what we needed. I'd stay again.

Perfect location for our drive to Highlands Ranch. Easy walk to downtown Littleton.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. It id close to downtown Littleton, and there are lots of trails close by for walking. The house is week kept up and thoughtfully decorated. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful weekend with girl friends in Littleton !

Perfect place to stay while visiting Littleton and surrounding areas. Easily walk to parks and downtown to explore. Kathy’s home was perfect and the small fenced area was perfect for our dogs.

Nice place

The house was fine but really lacked any storage for clothes, there are rods in the rooms to hang clothes but no place to put folded clothes or space to set luggage. The rooms were full of comfy beds, just not for clothing. The 4:00 check in was late along with an early 10 am check-out, felt like were missed an entire day.
