Convenient and as advertised

I’ve spent years living in the area so I know it well. The location was perfect and communication was easy. I tend to over communicate and the host was very patient :) We were in town for a wedding and had 3 adults and a teen in our group. The layout was perfect for giving us our personal space while the large living room and kitchen provided an opportunity for hanging out together. The look of the home is a little trendy which we loved. I literally have no complaints.

We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property! The beds sleep great! We had a great time with family and really enjoyed the place! Will definitely stay again if the host will have us?

The host was easy to work to work with. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working properly. The host was able to have someone come by and repair it. We were here for a softball tournament showcase at Tyger River Park. The location was great for us. Really quiet neighborhood as well.

Erica's Haven was the perfect house for my family to stay together as we celebrated my son's high school graduation. It was very tastefully decorated, and the accommodations met everyone's needs. The patio and backyard were especially appreciated for us to spend time together outside where the adults relaxed and the teenagers made TikTok videos. All the kids also appreciated having the loft upstairs to escape from the adults downstairs. I recommend this property and will consider it again the next time my family travels to the upstate. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
