Tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood, our townhouse is a chill place to get away from it all, but you`re still close to everything fun in Spartanburg. It`s super peaceful, great for just kicking back, but you can easily get to all the cool stuff the city has to offer. Check out the restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby—they`re just a quick drive or a nice walk away. You get the best of both worlds: a relaxing spot and the convenience of city living.

Located just a short distance from downtown Spartanburg, our townhouse offers convenient access to local attractions. Explore dining options, shops, art galleries, and the Farmers Market, all within a few miles. Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located within walking distance. Free parking is available on the premises, including a garage. The Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. For those arriving by train, the nearest Amtrak station is in Spartanburg, offering convenient connectivity.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
-Parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles, depending on size:
-2 vehicles in the driveway
-1 vehicle in the garage
-Please park only in the garage or driveway.
-Do not park in the driveways of other units without prior permission.
-Street parking is never permitted per local zoning rules.
-Oversized vehicles, including U-Hauls, RVs, and moving trucks, are not allowed in the driveway.
-One garage door opener is provided for your use.
-This must be left inside the townhome at the end of your stay.
-Failure to return it will result in a $150 fine.

TRASH INSTRUCTIONS:
-Keep the trash can in the garage at all times, except on trash day.
-All trash must be bagged before placing it in the bin.
-Place the trash can by the road on Monday night — pickup is early Tuesday morning.
-Make sure the lid is fully closed and do not overfill the bin, or it won’t be collected.
-When placing the can outside, leave at least 3 feet of space around it — away from cars, mailboxes, and other objects.

Check-In Policy:

-Standard Check-In time is 4:00 pm

-Early Check-in Option:
A 2 hour early check-in @ 2:00 pm is available for a fee of $60. This must be requested and paid for 24hrs prior to arrival.

We’re unable to guarantee last-minute early check-in, but we’ll do our best to accommodate as soon as the unit is ready.

Checkout Policy:

-Standard Checkout Time 10:00 am
Guests must vacate the premises by this time.

-Late Checkout Option:

A 2-hour late checkout until 12:00 p.m. is available for a fee of $60. This option must be requested and paid for no later than 9pm the night prior to Checkout.

-Penalty for Delayed Departure:
Guests who remain on the property after 10:00 a.m. without prior arrangement for a late checkout will be charged $10 for every 5 minutes past the scheduled checkout time.

    This was the perfect place for our family to gather for a long weekend. The beds were amazing, the bathrooms and kitchen were well supplied, and the decor was clean and appealing. The hosts were kind and accommodating from the very beginning. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful!

    We had an incredible family weekend - we used 2 units to house our family during USC Upstate Women’s Soccer senior game. The property is beautiful, clean and very inviting. It is close to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. Host was very responsive.
