Cozy 3 BDR in West Nashville l close to TSU

My truck got it broken into the first night. Nothing in it to steal. It's gotta be the worst area in Nashville to stay. House was very clean and comfortable. Refrigerator was froze up but they had maintenance come by and thaw it out while we were at work. Maintenance woman was awesome, as she put all of our perishable foods in the freezer while it defrosted. Tried to cook some pork loins in the oven , but it wouldn't get hot enough to cook. I carry a Weber kettle with me on the road so they went on the grill. Dish washer looks like it's from the 80s but worked flawlessly. Would I spend over 1000 to stay there for a week again. Absolutely not.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Short hop to all the sights. Appliances could use updating. Refrigerator did not keep things cold enough. Freezer took to two days to freeze bottled water. Oven does not heat to stated temp.

The rooms were great and the amenities were perfect

This was a quick trip we planned and were looking for something convenient to area attractions, as this was our first trip to Nashville. The host made the check in process very smooth and the location was close to everything, but away enough to be able to relax in peace. They had everything you would need for a stay and was spacious enough for our family of 5. The only thing I would improve would be the beds. They were not that comfortable and I had trouble sleeping through the night on them. Also, the shower head in the master could not be adjust and it was impossible to use for a bigger guy like myself. Overall, it was a great stay and would use again if we are back in the area.

Everything was good only complaint we could have was there was quite an odor coming from the garbage disposal when we arrived other than that everything was great

The entire home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the communcation with the host was great.

Overall good place to stay , you do need a car if you are spending time downtown

Good location to downtown where all the wedding events were held. Check-in and out was very easy & an early check-in was appreciated by the family members arriving prior to 4.

Great spot for our family to crash in between Nashville activities for the price. It was clean and had good communication with the property company throughout the process. The location is good for access to various experiences if not wanting to stay downtown. The area around is a somewhat rundown but felt overall safe.

4 day mini vacation.

This property made it super easy to get around the Nashville area. We had everything we needed at this property. Beds were super comfortable, and the layout of the place made it nice for our family to spend time together. Would definitely stay again!

Location is very safe and quiet with a quick uber ride to downtown Nashville. House was very comfy with nice sleeping accommodations. Was a great stay!

Home was very clean and quiet. Spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed that it was less than 15 minutes to Vanderbilt. The only thing I would change is the shower in the master bedroom. Communication was outstanding and they even accommodated me when i had to change the dates of my stay.I will definitely consider this home when i come back!

We booked this to help my daughter move out of her dorm all week during finals. It was just the right amount of space for the three of us. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores and major highways. Neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely book again if available when we come back to Nashville.

Great location 5-20 min from all the great Nashville attractions. Affordable price made the expensive parking charges downtown not so painful . As others noted, Master Shower was tight & no adjustment of shower head - but Water pressure was Awesome ! Beds were very comfortable. Some street noise, but I've slept at MUCH noisier hotels near airports. Area felt safe to drive/walk during our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Booking and check-in were easy. Good price for what we were looking for which was just to have a place to sleep and shower while enjoying Nashville.

House was very clean and had everything we needed. Just far enough out of downtown to save a bunch of money and still only a short Uber ride to get downtown. Shower was tiny and difficult to rinse off, could use a detachable head. Area was quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again. Communication was great, the whole process was seamless.

Great location for everything.

The house is located in a great location. Close to everything. No more than a 20 min drive at most. House was very clean and looked like the pictures online. The beds are very comfortable. The only downfall was the shower in the master bedroom was kinda small and the shower head wasn’t adjustable so it shoots towards the back of the shower corner. Other than that we had no issues! The property manager was very responsive and very helpful with all my questions. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Home was clean. Nice location and easy to get to. Off street parking was great. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable.
