Cozy, 2-bedroom vacation home. 1 mile to DT: Hot Tub, 86 TV, Golf & Fenced Yard

Everything was amazing. Nice, clean, trimmed outside. Nice hot tub, not hard to take the cover off and put it on. Excellent fenced in yard if bringing pets. Nice patio set for sitting and relaxing or having a meal al fresco. Oh and the tv makes me feel like I’m sitting in a movie theater! Awesome!!!

Very clean and nice place . We only stayed one night on way to Deadwood days . Would definitely go back. Nice hot tub wish we would have had time for it. Would recommend this stay!

Best stay ever!!! The hosts were absolutely amazing and the house was phenomenal. It is very close to everything, including shopping, churches, and everything else you would need. Will definitely be staying here again. If you’re in the Sioux Falls area and looking for a great place to stay, this is the place.

What a lovely arrival. The property was clean and everything it was presented to be. There is a foliage screen on the fence by the hot tub so it felt secluded. Walking in the door just feels welcoming. The basics were well stocked as well as games, magazines and coffee pods!!! This is a lovely, clean and pleasant house to stay in. We opted to stay here instead of a hotel and I am so glad that we did. The hosts were very responsive and informative about the area and things to do. Our very good luck with Vrbo and their hosts is definitely batting 1,000! The next time I find myself needing to go to Sioux Falls for anything I would choose to stay here if it is available.

Updated house. Clean, thoughtful amenities. E.g. soaps, conditioner, hair dryer, towels. We used the TV but not the hot tub. Nice fenced yard and alley parking spot.

This home was perfect for our soccer weekend. The house was spotless and all the linens were so cozy. It’s a small space but felt like there were plenty of little extra spaces to help us store things. The layout was perfect! We had 6 guests (making up two families) and did not feel overly crowded. The hot tub and game room spaces were a huge hit with the kiddos! We will be back for sure! This is a clean and cozy rental!

Clean, beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. After a long day of driving, walking into this cool house was glorious. We got Ethiopian food delivered and ate in the dining room, then drove to the falls and walked around. The fenced yard was great for my dog. The putting green was fun.

Our stay at The Lounge was a wonderful experience. Very clean and comfortable house. The backyard was nice and secure for our dog. Perfect location .. close to Augustana and multiple restaurants. We will definitely stay again .

We stayed with our 2 kids, grandparents, and a dog. It was perfect. The kids were in awe of the tv and we enjoyed the hot tub! We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean property with lots of ammenities including different coffees and a HUGE tv. Fenced in back yard came in very handy since we were traveling with pup. Extemely close to downtown so easy to get anything. Highly recommend staying here when coming to Souix City

Pictures don't do this home justice! The place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Sioux Falls. The large kitchen, living room, and hot tub were super! While the location is close to downtown it is far enough away to feel very comfortable. The cherry on top was great communication from the hosts who were always quick to reply and offer suggestions. Little hard to park 2 full sized vehicles at, other then that, has a nice yard for a dog to run around in and everything is set up nicely.

The house is in a good location close to downtown, Sanford Medical Center and the Premier Center. It is on a busy street, so it was nice to have off street parking in the back. The house was very clean and updated. We had an issue with the hot tub being ice cold and not working when we arrived, but the host was quick to rectify that so we could enjoy it in the morning.

We came to town for a concert, so we were at the house very briefly. But it was perfect and would be a great place to stay longer!

Quick overnight stay in Sioux Falls. Perfect place for 4 of us. Everything was clean. Check in and check out we're super easy, great communication with host, super adorable little house and the hot tub was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and quiet. We used the hot tub daily and were close to anywhere we wanted to go in Sioux Falls. Teens loved the large smart TV. Neighborhood was comfortable enough to go for a walk.
