Welcome to this hidden jewel of a home in the guard-gated community of Rio Del Sol. Tucked away in the back of the community, this cute and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home features a private pool and spa inside its own gated courtyard entrance from the street. From this private pool deck, you’ll enjoy the sunset view west to the San Jacinto Mountains. If you prefer the sunrisewith your morning coffee, there is a back patio on the east side of the house just off the great room. Morning or evening, you’ll enjoy this peaceful jewel of a home.

Whether driving into the 2 car garage or walking in through the gate, you’re welcomed into your private courtyard before getting to the front door of the house. From there, to the left is the great room with a comfortable living area with fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area with French doors opening out to the pool deck, and a well-stocked open kitchen with large breakfast bar.

On the other side of the house, to the right of the entrance, you’ll find a bathroom for visiting guests, and two bedrooms. The front bedroom offers a Queen size bed, TV and en suite bathroom with step in shower. The master bedroom is at the back of the house with a comfortable king bed, and a spacious en suite bathroom with step in shower. The master bedroom also opens out directly to the back patio to enjoy the sunrise.

The guard-gated community of Rio Del Sol in Cathedral City offers 3 pools/spas, 4 tennis courts, a dog run and clubhouse, all on beautiful grounds with several lakes and gorgeous views, and it’s close to the heart of Cathedral City restaurants, theaters and events. The property is situated directly between vibrant Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage or Palm Desert, where you’ll find popular destinations at The River and El Paseo. It’s a great central valley location!

Per City rules: Please be mindful of your neighbors - limit noise at all times during your stay to respectful levels. Outdoor music is not permitted at any level at anytime. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
MAX occupancy is 4 adults.

This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

Refundable Utility Deposit
The total rent includes a Utility Deposit of $1,000 refundable per month.
The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
