It would be helpfulness if there were towel racks by the sinks in both bathrooms. We had a great time!

The prpoerty was in the perfect location for me. Close to Brownwoid abd grocery store restaurants and gas station.

Reviewer Comments: Cute clean place, bed was a little hard lol I’m a soft bed person, needed a few things pizza cutter,mixer, potatoe masher and the dishes are heavy for someone with arthritis but pretty. Close to Brownwood which I liked.

The cons were that the bed made my back ache from lack of support. There were no ceiling fans in the bedroom or the living room. The knives were very dull. We had to purchase our own knives to cutting foods like steak. I would caution my friends about these omissions if they were considering renting this place. Another issue I have is that we were not given an opportunity to re-rent for next year before someone booked one of our months.

It is a very quaint Villa with the amenities that one would expect in the Villages. Golf cart was awesome to get around, the grill served its purpose and having 2 bedrooms was a plus. The lanai was great for sipping coffee and reading the paper in the morning. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out there in the evening as well.:)

The location was close to shopping and within walking distance to the village pool and to Eisenhower. Modest but comfortable furnishings made this a welcome home from a busy day of activities.The street and neighborhood were quiet.
