I rented this for several months, neighbors are quiet, the view from the back deck has a beautiful sunset view. Do not be hindered by the construction of the traffic circle, I never had any issues getting on or off Soco Road (US19).

The house was left unsecure. The back screen door was broken, lights didn't work, most important, it was dusty & dirty. Hair was built up in the tub drain & we couldn't use the tub. The mattresses were terrible.

This beautiful condo was exactly what we needed for our 10 day stay in Maggie Valley. The last little climb to the top is a little steep but our car (not 4WD) made it up just fine. Great folks to rent from. Great place to stay.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend!! Townhouse was immaculate, very functional, and quiet. We had a beautiful view of the mountaintop. Loved sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cup of coffee.. The home was centrally located to great restaurants, waterfalls, etc. (Make sure to go to Smoky Shadows Lodge and Country Gourmet Dining for dinner one night! Homestyle food - family style - delicious - right down the road. Make reservations early!) Property management for the townhouse was great - very accessible. No wifi, which wasn't a big deal. Townhouse is at the top of a mountain, so yes, 4wd would be beneficial. Our only issue was the bed in the master bedroom. Mattress was extremely firm. It was very convenient to have a kitchen and cook our own meals too! Kerry K

Fully decorated for Christmas. Had small problem with fireplace, but called and help was sent immediately(I swear they must have been waiting outside the door, I barely hung up the phone). It was fixed. I am hoping to return. I highly recommend this property for a mountain vacation.

Exactly as described. Decorated for Christmas so festively. Beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. Had a problem with the gas fireplace, unfortunately while office was closed. I didn't consider it an emergency, but when office reopened, they were there instantly and got it going! Great service!
