Cozy 1-bedroom modern manufactured home in a fun 55+ Apache Junction park!

It was cozy and Dawn was communicated well.

Don't ever display an American flag that is ripped, torn, or dirty!! Place was just OK. Rearranged furniture as it was very crowded. Plastic statues and flowers were full of dust. Odd way to make coffee... blinds were broken or missing slats. Bathroom was updated but no washcloths, hand towels. Two towels. No broom to sweep and washing machine screeched with metal upon metal. Hmmmmm cost wise it did not live up to the listing ...

The place is small but comfortable. Dawn is a great host - she answered quickly whenever I had a question. The people in the park are friendly and the pool and hot tub were great! My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

It was an adorable place to stay. Plenty of room and storage. Bed was comfy and the shower was great. The people in the park were all very friendly.

The appliances are great....the barbeque area in the park is se omd to none.

Thoroughly enjoyed this cozy 1 -bedroom stay. The place was clean, had everything we needed and very comfortable firm mattress - :); the people in the community were very friendly and kind. Loved the jacuzzi, pool and other amenities - perfect four day stay. Host was responsive in her communication. No complaints at all. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Dawn went over and beyond our expectations! She brought us over things to make our stay extra comfy and enjoyable! I would highly recommend! I hope to come back!

Host was accommodating and easy to reach. The Airbb was very nice and comfortable.

Was perfect size and area

Location was good and the home was recently renovated. The problem we had was how dirty this place was when we arrived. We had to clean almost the whole house before settling down and enjoying ourselves. We would not rent this property again.

Perfect for our needs. Nice, small home with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Located near stores and attractions.

The place itself was clean and sufficient for our stay. However, dishes and pots & pans were dirty in the cupboard. Too many stuffed knicknacks and no wash clothes, hot pads were dirty and not enough dish towels. Only one hand towel. No fob or WiFi password left. Had to contact owner. No details on park or location of any amenities left. 2 letting with a bunch of keys on them. When there are only 2 doors and nothing is labeled. The park was very dog friendly. The people were very nice. We enjoyed our stay there. The manager of the rental property was very responsive. There were a couple of issues to which she responded immediately.
