Important Information About the Space

This is a private guest suite located toward the back of our home. The hosts live on the same floor, but your room, bathroom, living area, and entrance are private, so you can come and go independently.

To reach the suite, walk along the sidewalk on the left side of the house and enter through the backyard sliding door. You will then walk upstairs to access the unit. Please note that stairs are required.

Detailed check-in instructions and your self-check-in code will be provided approximately 24 hours before arrival.

Guest Privacy

We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home. We are available if you have questions or need assistance, but otherwise, we’ll give you the space to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras with real-time recording face the front entrance, backyard entrance, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the guest space.

House Rules

We’re delighted to host you and hope you have a wonderful stay! Please help us maintain a safe and peaceful environment:

- All adult guests must provide valid government-issued identification when requested.
- No parties or events.
- Only registered Airbnb guests are permitted on the property.
- No smoking or pets inside the home. A $200 additional cleaning fee may apply for violations.
- Please remove your shoes when entering the suite.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Another Airbnb unit is located on the first floor, so please be considerate of other guests.
- The home is next to an elementary school. Some playground noise may be heard between approximately 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM. The school is generally closed for summer break from June through early September.
- Street parking availability is not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including utility outages, internet interruptions, variations in Wi-Fi speed, street-parking availability, or incidents occurring outside the property.
