Stayed Dec 21, 2025The space is much smaller than it appears. Yvonne was a great host, but the space lacked cooking utensils and was not cleaned thoroughly for our arrival. It was dusty when we got there, and other people’s personal belongings were still in the apartment. There are also no blinds in the main bedroom Other than that, Yvonne was a great host.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Perfect for what we needed. About a 5 minute walk to PATH to get into Manhattan, and easy highway access to drive over to Brooklyn/Coney Island. Space was clean and comfortable.

The house was lovely n everyone had a place of their own. The neighborhood is great n getting to the city was not just cheap— but efficient as well.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025I believe I was very lucky to find this fantastic housing to stay in NYC suburb. Inside is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of spaces, which made us feel like staying at home. The community is beautiful and peaceful. It's also convenient to take public transportation to NYC with affordable prices. The owner was very friendly and responsible, she usually responded my inquiries and messages within one minute.Would return in the future for sure!

From the moment we booked, Yvonne was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The space itself was even better than described—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. We’d recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely book again if we’re back in the area.
