'Coy T by the Sea' Gulf Front home on the Cape

We had a great week at Coy T by the Sea! The owner is so responsive and helpful. The house was clean and looked as advertised. It accommodated 11 of us well. The kitchen was the most well stocked we’ve ever had on a trip. We loved the views and although the boardwalk seems long it is a short walk with a beautiful view. The beach was not crowded and we saw beautiful sunrises every day of our stay. We love that it was close to the State Park and was not far from downtown. Thanks Robin for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home. Clean. Had wonderful updates. Fully stocked with everything needed.Robin is an amazing host! Very responsive. The location is perfect. This was our second time staying at Coy T and we plan to make it our permanent vacation spot!

The property was lovely! I thought it was better in person than in the photos! The area was beautiful, quiet, and great for a relaxing time, and good restaurants for evening dinners.

There were 11 of us who stayed. We had a great week. The house was comfortable and close to the beach.

My 4 daughters, and 2 of their friends and I all stayed at Coy T. We have been to Florida one other time and the outer banks of North Carolina many times, and this was our favorite place to stay. The close proximity to Port St. Joe, and the cape trading post was perfect. The house has a great view of the ocean, and we saw dolphins multiple times. The beach was wonderful and not very busy. Warm water and big, beautiful waves to boogie board on was perfect. We will definitely be back! Thanks to the owners, and we had a prompt response anytime we had a question. Thanks again!

Coy T is a great value in a beachfront location in one of our favorite areas. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to staying there again.

Great stay, we head a great time! Beach was great!

The interior of the house description was accurate. There was popcorn in the seams of the couch and on the coffee table and food debris under the couch. The exterior was very shabby-especially the damaged side. The driveway had debris including nails and pieces of debris from the exposed side of the building. We killed a cockroach. I was disappointed in the overall exterior condition-need for clean-up and paint.

We loved staying at Coy T! We’ll be back!

Words cannot express how good the overall experience was. Never been to the area, but we will be back. Robin was an incredible host, very attentive and easy to communicate with. You will not be disappointed with the decision to stay at “Coy-T”

We had a great family vacation at this home! There was plenty of space for everyone and so close to the beach! Owner responded to messages promptly!

The home layout was wonderful, plenty of space for the teens to hang out when they wanted their alone time. Beds were comfy, bathrooms for everyone. And the wet bar was the best thing ever with the ice machine… kitchen was well stocked, just needs a crock pot And a ceiling fan on the screen porch. We have a marvelous time with our whole family

Loved staying at Coy T by the sea, excellent communication with the owner throughout the process, plenty of room for everyone to have their space (6 adults & 4 kids from ages 4-14), loved being right on beach. We will definitely be booking to stay again.

We love coming back to this house. It suits our family perfectly - lots of room to gather for meals or TV. The suite upstairs accommodates our daughter and her family (children 2 and 4). Downstairs primary bedroom is ours. That leaves a third bedroom if other family members are able to join us. The best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered and that’s a big deal for our family who loves to cook. This stretch of the beach is not crowded and is plenty wide enough to set up our canopy for the day. There is not a great deal of change from low to high tide. Last but not least Robin is wonderful to work with. Responsive and considerate, you could not ask for a better host.
