Come enjoy our cozy, newly remodeled 3 bedroom home in the quaint Cove district neighborhood. Views of Cedar Point and the Sandusky Bay. 1 mile from the Cedar Point causeway, 3 miles from Sports Force Athletic Complex, 3.5 miles from a public boat ramp, and 1 mile from downtown Sandusky, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, dining and pubs. The Jet Express Island ferry, Jackson Street Pier and many other attractions are also in downtown Sandusky.

The house has been completelyremodeled in the spring of 2022 with all new furniture, appliances, and beds. Sleeps max 6 people with a large sectional couch which could be used for a 7th person (not a pullout sleeper) Bedroom 1 has one queen bed , Bedroom 2 has two twin XL, Bedroom 3 has two twin XL ( Twin XL is an extra long twin bed). Wifi and large smart TV in living room, fully stocked kitchen, towels and linens provided and outdoor gas grill available. Off Street parking and extra side driveway available for boat and jetski parking.

This is a great place to enjoy Lake Erie Shores and Islands, Cedar Point, or just a quiet get away
