Stayed Oct 17, 2025House was clean, beds really comfortable and amenities good. We brought our 2 dogs but there were stickers all in the yard so each time we brought them back in we would have to dig the stickers out of their paws and fur.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024There are so many amenities in the home, even books to read! We prepared our meals, played games, walked the historic road behind the house, etc. There is even a fire pit outside in the huge yard! It was a great little vacation from home! We loved it!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024My family and I came into town for our niece's wedding! She and her husband are students at SFA and wanted to get married in the town that they met! We all traveled in from North Texas for the weekend! We chose this home for the affordability and proximity to the wedding venue! It was a great place to stay and we wished we had more free time to have allowed the rest of our family to join us for a backyard cookout or something! There was so much space and the yard was beautiful! If we ever come back to Nacogdoches, we would definitely want to stay here again! It was a great country feel and a comfortable stay for our entire family! We were even able to bring our tiny chihuahua! She loved exploring the backyard lol. Thanks for the great weekend and we loved learning the history of the property!

Stayed May 31, 2024The house was fully accommodating for 5 adult men. Plenty of room for parking and outdoor activities. House location is well located near city of nacogdoches and lake nacogdoches
