Located on 11 acres, we think our home is a great place to gather with families & friends. We are located on the western side of State College and although it has a rural feel, we are only 5 minutes from Wegman's, Target and other North Atherton businesses. We're about 10 minutes from campus and downtown State College.
There is plenty of private outdoor space and driveway parking.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Our stay at Mardi’s & David’s place was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean, extremely spacious & well stocked with everything we needed. The attention to detail is the best I have experienced in any VRBO. PSU is 15 minutes away and after a long, long football game day (psu v indiana) this was the best place to unwind. We’d love to stay here again!

Stayed May 8, 2025The hosts were very dedicated people and accommodating throughout the whole process. This made the stay feel very warm and cozy like at home. They came during check in and when we checked out to ensure everything went well. This was the best house we ever stayed at and we would recommend it time after time. Would love to come back again.

Stayed Nov 10, 2023This was such a perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. A beautiful house and gorgeous property for our friends and us to enjoy while we were visiting State college. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Their home was spotless and it was very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us. The fire pit was an added bonus which we were able to enjoy late Saturday evening even with the chilly temperatures. Thank you so much for your hospitality - we look forward to staying with you again.

Stayed May 6, 2022You never know, when you look at anything on line, exactly what you will receive. Well, this property exceeds all you see on line! The Hosts were outstanding...the home was equipped with anything you may need and more...the scenery beautiful! We wish our stay had been a bit longer and hope to return again!
