Escape to a peaceful garden setting just minutes from Walla Walla. Set on 1.4 beautifully landscaped acres, Country Garden offers the feeling of a quiet country retreat with downtown tasting rooms, restaurants and the Southside wineries all within easy reach.

The real showstopper is outside. Wander through the gardens, relax beside the water feature, enjoy dinner on the patio, or settle into the private hot tub as the sun goes down. With expansive lawns, mature trees, colorful gardensand Blue Mountain views, there’s plenty of room to slow down and enjoy the setting.

Inside, the home is comfortable and welcoming, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and several spaces to gather or spread out. The light-filled living room looks out toward the gardens, while a second sitting area, dedicated office and well-equipped kitchen give everyone room to settle in. The dining area opens naturally to the patio for easy indoor-outdoor meals.

The spacious primary suite includes a private bath, while two additional bedrooms share the second full bathroom.

Country Garden is especially well positioned for exploring Walla Walla’s Southside wine district, with vineyards and wineries nearby. Downtown Walla Walla is approximately a 10-minute drive away, giving you the best of both worlds: wine country outside your door and town close at hand.

After a day of tasting, come home, pour a favorite bottle and head for the garden. Country Garden is made for slower evenings, beautiful views and a little more room to breathe.

A 48-amp EV charging station is available onsite.
HOUSE RULES

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they do not stay overnight and all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the approved overnight occupancy without prior authorization may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Additional cleaning or deodorization required as a result of smoking or vaping may be charged to the reservation.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and are not subject to pet fees or pet restrictions. If you will be traveling with a service animal, we ask that you please let us know prior to arrival so our team is aware ahead of your stay.

Guests remain responsible for any damage caused by an animal during their stay.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Your reservation includes accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for accidental damage that may occur during your stay.

Guests remain responsible for damage that is not covered, including damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of the House Rules.

POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES

Please follow all posted rules and operating instructions for property amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, and BBQs.

Additional cleaning, repair, or servicing required due to misuse or excessive debris may be charged to the reservation. This includes draining and refilling a hot tub when necessary.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, food waste, or other materials that could damage the system.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. Any cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial use of the property is not permitted without prior approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

DIRECT BOOKINGS

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.*
Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.*
Cancellations made 13 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.

*The $10 booking fee and credit card processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Marriott Homes & Villas are subject to the cancellation policy and terms of the platform through which the reservation was booked. Please refer to your reservation details on that platform for the cancellation terms that apply to your stay.

Early departures are non-refundable.
