Fantastic location for this double lot property. Plenty of room for parking and equipment. Garage holds brand new full size washer and dryer, and also is used as a workshop space. The downstairs is an adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath recently updated with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Each bedroom has direct connection the bathroom. One bedroom has two twin beds, the other has a queen bed. The downstairs deck is perfect for star gazing and people watching as many use the hike / bike

Stayed Jul 3, 2024What an amazing place to spend our holiday weekend! Rockport is a great place to visit and this place will be the icing on the cake for anyone who comes to visit. The view is breathtaking - the home is so beautiful and ideal for a family or a group of friends to gather. We BBQed and sat outside. The neighbors were super nice. Getting up early was the BEST too, we walked our fur-babies with the ocean view - totally amazing!!!! Clean, quiet and great area. Book this place and enjoy all that Rockport has to offer!!!! Thanks Cory, can't wait to visit again!!!!

Stayed Jul 21, 2023House is perfect for our large family. So appreciative that we are able to bring our pup family too! Love the waterfront access and proximity to downtown shopping. We will definitely book this house again next year!

Stayed Jun 23, 2022We have stayed at this home many times, and it is always perfect. There is a huge gated yard, a designated area to clean off fishing supplies, and you can walk directly into the water from the home. It's a quiet street with friendly neighbors, and perfect distance to all our favorite places in town.
