This is our second stay at this property. Neighborhood is quiet and in a good location and close to venues we needed to visit on our trip. The fenced in yard was great for the pups.

The fenced yard was perfect for my dogs. Having wonderful laundry facility was so helpful. The location was super close to the hospital facility. Overall it was a wonderful, relaxing and very affordable “home away from home” during a medical crisis that allowed my husband to receive the treatment he needed. I would HIGHLY recommend the Cottage for a wonderful stay in Sioux Falls!

The house was perfect for our family . Everything was very clean and organized. Host was available and responsive. The location was great .We will be staying every time we visit Siouxfalls.

Convenient location

Was a great place for us and the dogs. Nice fenced in backyard. Single stall garage. Very dog friendly. Close enough to everything in the city.

Home was clean and very well stocked. The fenced yard was nice for our dogs. Neighborhood was not amazing, but was close to amenities.

It's clearly been renovated, they give you all supplies you'd find at a hotel front desk, and everything works well. We took off a star because the beds were a bit uncomfortable and small for our tall group. Also, the musty smell from the basement was extremely off-putting.

Very clean, close to everything we wantedv to see, good beds, quiey neighborhood. The basement door has been removed, so it did smell a bit musty.

Check-in was a breeze and the cottage was very nice! Very clean, had everything you need to prepare meals, beds were comfy and it was nice to be able to do laundry. Abby was very good with communication and extending our stay due to unfortunate circumstances. Thank you Abby!!

Great stay at a cute bungalow with a fenced in back yard. Location was perfect, plenty of stuff to do/see/eat within range of home. Check in was easy, owners communicated well, messages were answered quickly & check out was simple. We had a fabulous, peaceful, restful & FUN stay here. 10/10 highly recommend & we will absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and easy to check in and out. Everything was accessible and clearly labeled. Host was available to answer any questions and helped out quickly with any put-of-the-ordinary questions we had!

Property was clean, thorough communication with property manager. Our time was cut short due to the June 2024 flooding and our trip to Husets Speedway being cancelled, but property was great. Smart TV was great during rain filled days, and short drive to numerous restaurants.

The property is has everything needed for a good stay. Owners communicate quickly, clean nest and tidy. Not the greatest area in terms of noise and traffic however it’s well situated to get around town quickly. Def stay again certain
