Welcome to this unique, artistic holiday home located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Here you will find peace and privacy in a large garden where nature and beautiful flowers dominate and there is plenty of room for play.



The house is a 60s house that has retained the soul of its previous owner, a painter. The house has been completely renovated with new walls, insulation, electricity and water, and offers two double bedrooms in the main house and a large room in the annex with adouble bed and a bunk bed. The house is equipped with fiber internet, a wood-burning stove, heat pump, gas grill and even an outdoor shower with cold and hot water.



The large plot of 1650 m2 is not only designed to enjoy nature and flowers, but also to play on the lawn - without the neighbors looking in.



The area around the house offers a fantastic pristine beach just 4 minutes away by bike. You can also take a trip to Melby Overdrev, visit Kikhavn or Hundested and explore Knud Rasmussen's house and Lynæs - all within 30 minutes by bike.
