Cottage Home with Pool and Coastal Charm

Very responsive to any questions we had. The backyard was amazing! The house was close to everything!

Not only is this property a fantastic place to stay because of amenities and location, Welcome Home Rentals is probably the best management company in the Jacksonville area. We have stayed at multiple properties managed by them and they go above and beyond to accommodate you in every way. This is the only management company we use with our frequent travel to the Mayo Clinic.

Such a cute place. The neighborhood was wonderful many of the people had decorations out for the holidays;you could tell that it was a pleasant area to be in. The location was great. It was right around the corner from restaurants and a sports bar.We really liked that when we were in the backyard we weren’t surrounded by high-rise condos and hotels. We could actually get a view of a beautiful sunset and double rainbows as we played a little putt putt on the putting green in the backyard. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet in the evening and it was very comfortable just to sit outside on the screened in patio and of course watch some football or whatever we wanted to on TV. We love that there was a TV in almost every room and we like that we were able to spread out in other areas of the house because it wasn’t a totally open concept set up. I recommend the area and recommend booking with these guys.The house was decorated very nicely and well laid out

Everything was so nice—very convenient having two living rooms and tvs in every room including the screened porch! We loved the swimming pool and being able to watch movies outside. The beach supplies were an incredible help and high quality. Location and proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The house was well stocked—the only item I missed was a supply of containers for leftovers. We had a great stay and would recommend to others. Perfect for families!

Property exactly as described. Great location with simple driving access to beach. Wonderful pool and back yard, complete with putting green. Sizable parking for four vehicles. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very responsive hosts. Can’t wait for next stay!

We loved this house! We had a quick four night stay and this was just what we needed. Very well stocked, nicely decorated and super easy process to check in and out. Everyone was comfortable and the pool was lovely. Would definitely return!

Our family of 5 stayed at Palm Grove for a week in July. We have had great experiences renting thru Welcome Home, and this time was no different! The house was very comfortable for our family. Welcome Home is very attentive to needs should any arise. The home was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for the week. We swam in the pool every day, and the covered patio out back allowed us to be outside even if a rain shower passed thru. The location is great. Our son lives in Jax Beach, and we will for sure consider renting this home again when visiting. Thx, Welcome Home!

Our family vacationed here for a week and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, the pool was a highlight of the trip with a really great sunroom to hangout in. Great setup with TVs in all rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a week. Great Weber grill outside with all necessary grill ware and a backup tank. Plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs, wagon, umbrella. We played some pool in the garage as well. Overall this was a great stay. Only area of improvement would be for new mattresses. Excellent customer service and super responsive, Yvonne and Gary helped us with a high chair and had one there and set up in a matter of 20. We’ll definitely look to stay with Welcomehome Rentals again.

Cozy home on a quiet street with a private backyard and screened patio - great for your relaxation! Beautiful pool and enjoyed the turf rather than grass!

The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the neighborhood, Cinotti's bakery, the beach, and just relaxing. Great trip catching up with family and friends in the Jacksonville area. Location was convenient for those we were visiting.

Great property for spring break getaway! Plenty of chairs for the beach and the wagon was a life saver. Ocean was chilly but the heated pool was a great way to end the day!

We stayed for 5 nights with our three kids. The kids loved the heated pool since it was a little chilly in the mornings and played golf every day! The beach is a short walk or drive which is super convenient. So many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Quiet neighborhood too. Would highly recommend.

Fun place to stay. Very clean loved the location to Sawgrass and beach! Beautiful area. Strings the neighborhood sports bar was a fun place to walk to.
