Stayed Nov 24, 2025The location has a well maintained beautiful yard.The two nice homes on the property (main and cottage) are spacious and inviting.They are very well stocked with linens for beds and bath.There is very good water pressure and hot water. The host was available to address any questions or issues. We enjoyed our 5 night stay on island.

Stayed Sep 7, 2023I stayed here with my husband, son, dog and a few additional extended family members as my entire family was on island for a wedding. The house was exactly as pictured, very clean when we arrived, and the location was perfect! I have a young son so it was great to have the two houses where we could stretch out and not worry about waking others up! We very much enjoyed our stay and would very much recommend this house if you're looking for an idyllic Nantucket rental!

Stayed Aug 20, 2023The floorplan with the 2 houses was ideal for our group. Less than a 5 minute drive to town! We are used to staying in Tom Nevers so this location was so much more convenient!

Stayed Jun 20, 2023Fantastic property and a better experience than I could have expected (even with a perfect 5 star review history). Great location, easy bike ride to town or the beach, without all of the congestion of staying closer to town. Perfect for two families traveling together. Common space outside was perfect for kids (lots of football and hide & seek).
