Perfect for larger families and groups, this listing is 2 individual homes with a shared driveway and backyard (privacy fence with walk through gate divide both backyards). Both of our homes are approximately 1,000 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. They each have their own living room, fully stocked kitchen, washer/drier, and grill. Our space still has it`s cozy charm with new, modern amenities, and furniture.
