Very comfortable and thoughtfully curated cottage in pleasant setting. Hosts are very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location for Rodeo and farmers markets and easy distance to historic town center.

The owners go all out. There was nothing to be needed in the cabin. If you forget a tooth brush, well there is a new one there. All the soap and cleaning stuff you need. The appliances all work great and the home itself you can tell is well cared for. Quiet at night.. great TV and internet available. Only thing i can say is that one of the two beds was a little short.. probably fine for a kid or a shorter adult (im 6') but the main bed was fine. You get to park right utside the home.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hosts were gracious and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was in great condition and clean, and they provided lots of extras. We plan on using the place again.

Me and my wife spent a week it’s everything as advertised and more although being in town it was very quiet and easy to go do anywhere you wanted to almost everything was a short drive away

We have stayed here before. It is a lovely property, a quiet haven in the middle of the city. The kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable furnishings.

The cottage was everything you could hope for. It has a very relaxing decor, well laid out floor plan, several outdoor sitting areas and all the little amenties that are often forgotten.The location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but just a short drive to get downtown.The hosts are very helpful with any needs or recommendations but not intrusive.

Our hosts, Dave and Karen, were wonderful! Dave met us on our arrival, showed us around the cottage and gave us some great suggestions for hikes! The cottage was sparkling clean, just as advertised, and had everything that we needed to cook great meals, and relax when our day was through! Sitting on the patio and watching the very active birds was a lot of fun too!

Exceptional experience. The location was convenient to shops, the down town area and the rodeo grounds. The place was spotless and the garden setting unique and nice. It truly is a nice place to stay

Words cannot express how much we loved the cottage and all the special touches the owners Karen and Dave provided like an album of all the places to go and resturaunts to enjoy in the area.This will be our go to place whenever we stay in Prescott.

My wife and I enjoyed a very nice three night stay at this lovely cottage. The hosts met us at the cottage with welcome gifts for us and our dog. The property was very clean and comfortable. It had everything necessary for our stay. We ran into inclement weather during our stay and spent more time than expected indoors, enjoying our time in the cottage. We will definitely return.

We had a great stay. We have used VRBO many times and this property is probably the best stocked, i.e. amenities, supplies, maps/itineraries, etc., of any we've stayed in. Walking distance to Fry's and several restaurants, and Whiskey Row is only 1.6 miles away so also within walking distance if you like to walk. Dave and Karen were extremely attentive to anything we needed during our stay (we were there for 2 weeks) and it is obvious that they take great care of their properties. This was my first time using a VRBO and I couldn’t be happier! This was the cutest cottage and perfect for us to stay in the area. Dave, our host, was so nice and took the time to meet us and show us around. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it!

I loved staying here. It the perfect size for me and my daughter. We awere ending our summer with a 5 day vacation. Its was hidden in the trees, with lits of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. I sat outside in the morning with my coffee enjoying the weather and the birds. I will definitely stay here again on my next vacation. Thank you for the hospitality and the toys for my dogs they loved it.

The property was just as described...clean, cozy and very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting outside on the private patio...watching the hummingbirds and all the surrounding nature. Sitting here, you really feel like you're 'away from it all', but the cottage is actually just minutes away from the Courthouse Square and all the restaurants and shopping. We loved our time here and will definitely stay again.

We had a very relaxing much needed getaway in Prescott. From the moment of booking, until checking out Dave and Karen were extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. The cottage was cozy, very clean and well stocked with any items we may need. They were extremely hospitable and welcoming, even to my small little pup that also travelled with us. Wanted to get out of the heat and relax for a weekend and this cabin was perfect place for that. Close to restaurants, shopping, and activities, the place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed!

The house was cute and cozy and close to everything. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The little fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. We will definitely book next time in Prescott.

The property and grounds were very clean. The outdoor space was as nice as the indoor space making you feel right at home. Dave, Karen and Terry were in contact with us prior to the stay and gave us alot of information on activities in the area. We will stay again.

We just can't say enough good things about both the cottage, property, and hosts. They are very experienced and it shows, all the comforts of home and more. We staying in the two bedroom and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. The work that went into this property is beyond impressive. What they call The Meadow is about the most relaxing and peaceful place you can imagine. Many tables, chairs, recliners, horseshoes, a creek, and my favorite; the hammock chair. Napped in this most days and loved it. Property is clean, very very well kept, quiet, and serene. Should you need anything there is a Fry's grocery store less than a half mile away and all of the host's restaurant reccomendations were spot on, especially Papa's Italian Restaurant and El Gato Azul for tapas.Why would you ever stay in a hotel over this?

The hideaway was a lovely place to settle while i rode in the whiskey off road race. There are several buildings on the property with other guests in them. The place we were in was a nicely equipped 2/1. The bath was just at the trail end of being remodeled which caused some hilarity but everything was fine. I wish we'd been there longer so we could enjoy the patio more, but the location was amazing. Hope to be back soon!

This was the best VRBO experience we’ve had, place was exactly as described, very clean, quiet, and had every little thing you could possibly need. If there was one downside the mattresses were quite soft and we prefer firmer, but we had no trouble getting a great night’s sleep.

What a lovely hidden gem! The Prescott Hideaway is cozy and comfy and has every single amenity you might need. There are so many extra added touches, you could get away with just brining yourself and your clothing! The hosts are excellent, professional, friendly and very responsive.

Great property with all we needed, full of special touches and fully stocked. A delightful location with plenty of open space outside made us feel country while actually being in town and close to everything. Dave and Karen went above and beyond first to make us feel welcome with even a welcome gift for our dogs. Second, though, our daughter and son-in-law were coming up from Phoenix for one day to watch the Peach Bowl with us, ASU v Texas. (Go Sun Devils! ) But no ESPN! Dave immediately upgraded the TV package to get us the game. I just can't say enough about this place and our super hosts. We will definitely stay here again.

Hosted our two college age grandsons during their holiday break, so it was my husband, myself and two 20 year old grandsons. House very conveniently located in Prescott. Was very well stocked with all amenities and home very clean upon arrival. Communication with owners very helpful for things to do, places to eat, etc.owners greeted us upon arrival and responded promptly to any questions. Would stay here again if visiting in Prescott.

This property is a hidden gem and appropriately named The Hideaway. Serene outdoor seating with birds and small animals abound. The house was comfortable in the heat and met all our needs. Dave and Karen are incredible hosts with great attention to detail including a little welcoming gift. Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

This property is so close to town but feels like it's out in nature. There's a few other houses next door but the area was quiet and share a large outdoor space filled with games and plenty of seating. The hosts were wondeful and the house had everything and more i could think of to make for the perfect girls' weekend! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. The garden area surrounded by a white picket fence was a great place to sit and enjoy watching the birds especially hummingbirds. Having the small fenced area gave our dog a place to hang out without fear of him wandering away. Dave and Karen provided everything we might need in the kitchen along with extra toiletry supplies in the bathroom. They were very responsive to any questions we had and were a delight to visit with. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

We stayed for two nights, would have loved more! A quaint setting with trees and lovely grounds to walk our dog around. Every detail was accounted for by the hosts down to the linens, kitchen spices, and all we could ask for! Dave and Karen are super nice and very available if we had needed anything. The reviews are correct on this property!

The cottage was roomy and spotless. Beautiful view of the garden and meadow from the comfortable deck. Kitchen was fully equipped with all we needed. Dave made checkin easy by meeting us on arrival. And Karen came by to say Hi. They are truly the best. We will be back!

Our stay at Dave and Karen‘s place was amazing. We live in Tucson and just wanted to get away to a little bit cooler weather. The cottage was so well supplied, clean, and super cozy. The surrounding grounds are beautiful. We would definitely stay again!?
