Cottage 304, 2 Bed w/ Fire Pit, near trails!

What a great spot. Me and my buddies had a blast riding the trails and this place was right off them. Already planning our next trip back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at cottage 304. Everything we needed to feel at home was available. We enjoyed being able to drive our four wheeler through the town of Logan. We felt safe and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

The house is very clean with lots of parking for my truck and trailer. We had easy access to Bearwallow and Rock House trails. Even the connector trail to the shopping area was alot of fun. This properly is a good spot to stay if you are trail riding with a small group.

Extremely cleaned and well maintained. All the amenities of home & plenty of towels and wash cloths. Great location when you are there to ride the trails.

The home is cute. Very nice layout. Extremely clean. Had everything you can ask for. Awesome book of helpful hints. Clear layout of what is expected during check in and out. Lists of things to do and where to eat. Excellent communication regarding stay. Only negative- which is minor is there were wet washcloths in washer and the dryer was full of sheets and towels- which I ended up washing the washclothes and folding everything in the dryer and putting it away. Still an overall great experience. I would 100% stay here again if we are in the area.

A very nice clean place with access to trails, parks, and restaurants. The host was super responsive with any questions we had along the way.We will be staying here again!

I was grateful for the availability so I could visit my son starting rotations at the local hospital. Great spot if you have a vehicle, but not very walkable to local restaurants/shops without sidewalks. Very clean and good communication with the property management. Would recommend this rental to others.

We stayed 3 nights. Everything was clean and perfect. This cottage is in great condition and well taken care of.

Great location for trail access. Enough parking for truck and trailer. Everything was very clean. A/C works very well. Comfortable place to relax after a long day of riding.

Everything was clean and organized, the lawn well kept, and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here, and I may rent again.

Came to town for the Easter weekend to visit some family. Upon arrival our code did not work, the host did answer expeditiously and came to help us get in with no problem. This beautiful home is very cozy. Accommodated me, and my family with everything that we needed. The pictures do not do justice for this place. The home is beautiful and well kept and very clean. Location is about 12 minutes away from Walmart, which is excellent. Definitely would choose this place again if my family and I come back out here. Overall great experience!!

This was our 2nd time staying in Cottage 304. We enjoyed our time together in your wonderful home.

I've stayed in many VBRO 's and this was the cleanest! Why stay in a noisy hotel when this house is just down the road from BearWallow trails. The host was very kind when we had to leave a day early because of a family emergency. I would 100% stay there again. H house.
