Cosy, rustic, country cottage

The cottage was lovely and Jen had thought of everything to make us comfortable including a welcome bottle of wine, cheese and biscuits! The fireplace was all set up and ready to go as well. Super cosy. We will definitely come back again!

Great second stay at beautiful Clanoc Cottage!

We had a lovely family stay at the cottage over Anzac weekend. The cottage was very clean, and it was wonderful to have the log fire made and a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival! The location is brilliant - super quick to walk into Berrima for breakfast and lunch, and we really enjoyed ambling around the village. Jennifer provided all the information we needed prior to check in, and the information booklet inside the house is very helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time in Jennifer’s delightful place within walking distance to the old village of Berrima which has buildings and sights steeped in local history. The cottage is thoughtfully decorated with delightful furniture and artwork and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable and Jennifer is a highly communicative host who helped with suggestions for the area and answered any question we had. The area is excellent for side trips to Moss Vale and Bowral and there are a few self guided walks through the town of Berrima and along the river. We highly recommend Jennifer’s place and can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay for a wedding nearby. Very comfortable for four adults and a toddler. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Great location in walking distance to local cafes and restaurants.

Perfect two night stay for a Winter Wedding in Berrima. Fireplace was a highlight for the kids. Owner extremely lovely.

Perfectly positioned and a most quaint cottage. The lounge room was the perfect place to gather and enjoy the fire.

We arrived at the house and after unpacking we were to be greeted with a complementary bottle of wine plus a fridge full of Breakfast goodies, this gesture was not only unexpected but greatly appreciated from Jenifer the property host whom I must complement on her efforts to go above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable ,this property was not only clean but all the furniture was so comfortable and relaxing in front of the open fire ,we were more than happy, and rate this property to be highly recommended for a relaxing stay in an excellent position so close to the town of Berrima ,defiantly stay again regards Mark & Janice

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Everything that we needed was there for us and easy to locate. Jen sent us an email before we arrived that gave us some extra helpful information. The cottage is old but well equipped, clean and comfortable. The temperature overnight got down to zero Celsius but the fire and central heating kept us nice and warm. The cafes and shops are just a short easy walk and it was nice to experience life in a historic country village. We will definitely return again for another relaxing getaway. Glenn and Mel
