A cosy themed holiday home in Llanelli to relax and ideal location to explore the South coast of Wales and the Valleys. Ideal for workers either in Llanelli or Swansea. Prince Philip hospital close by 2.6 miles or 13 mins drive for those who want to commute. Fully equipped with everything you need to relax or use as a base. Local attractions such as Wetlands Centre, Race Course, Kidwelly Castle. Llanelli Beach, the local golf club and spa is 5 mins drive away. Beach is approx 20 minswalk., or 5 mins drive. The house is conveniently situated near to shops, restaurants, takeaway, pubs etc, and a short walk to the town centre. The main Llanelli railway station is approx 8 mins walk, and trains run to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Swansea, Cardiff etc. Free Wi Fi and all you need for comfortable accommodation which is self-contained giving value for money and can be used as a base to see the sights of South Wales and the beautiful Valleys. Llanelli is easy access off jct 48 of the M4 motorway. Parking outside the house. Lovely yard/garden area to sit outside and relax. Well behaved dogs very welcome. But please note there is a Pet Fee extra of £40 per stay per pet and any additional pet £25. Please add this when booking.

The house has a downstairs bathroom/toilet, kitchen and a comfortable large lounge to relax with a TV, dining and workspace area. Wi Fi is free of charge. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with double beds (harbour and vintage room themes) and a spare single mattress in the habour bedroom if required for an extra person. There is also an extra small TV in one of the bedrooms. Spare towels/pillows available. Please note the stairs are narrow, as its a cottage style house, but there is a bannister. The kitchen has gas hob and double electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, utensils, cutlery and crockery etc. Duvets/pillows provided as well as bed linen and towels. There is an attractive outside enclosed yard and garden area and pleasant to sit outside. Very secure for dogs. Check-in times can be negotiable if no other guests arriving same day. Its a place of home from home which is comfortable, user friendly and an excellent location to explore Wales or work. Very close to the beach . Available all the year round.
