We had such a wonderful stay at Kensington Park. The house is beautiful and located in the best spot in Perth. Close to the city, zoo and some really wonderful cafes. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything to make your stay comfortable. My kids enjoyed the books, toys and little cubby house. We will be recommending to all of our friends.

We had a lovely stay in Perth, thank you, found the house no problems, and were really happy with it! Only five minutes to the bowling club which saved us getting up too early, and very comfortable for the two of us. The coffee pods were something new for us, but very nice! Thank you again for the use of your house, and I'll keep it in mind if I'm looking again in that area.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. We found the apartment very well located especially convenient to Victoria Park and South Perth. It was very well equipped as a self contained unit for a family and we will definitely consider staying again next time we are in Perth.

Overall, this apartment exceeds my expectations, as well as my friends. It has got almost everything and with a touch of human touch. The soft toys, the shampoo and handwash are all being so considerate and nice. The manager's responses via email and phone from are all prompt and courteous. The room was warm and cosy. All things are in well and working conditions. I'll stay here again next time. Moreover, it's a short bus trip to the city. It's definitely value for money and highly recommended.

It was a very nice stay at Kensington. The location is great with close access to South Perth/ Swan river. Very close to couple of restaurants and shops as well. The unit is full of pleasant surprises, that you would not normally see in holiday apartment. It was well stocked with all day to day essential. Basically it was a home away from home!

Our family relocated here from the UK and we stayed in this property for 2 months. It is located in a great suburb which we eventually settled in a house nearby for long term stay. Kensington Park is very comfortable, has all the amenities our family need, our kids love the backyard, near to transport and close to the city. Claire was very accomodating when we need to extend our stay and responded very quickly whenever we contacted her. Thanks Claire.

"Kensington Park is very clean and handy to the city and claremont showground which is what we needed it for. Shops just around the corner also great. We would recomend it for anyone who needs short stay near the city. Only 10 mins away even in peak hour traffic."

"The cottage was ideal for our stay in Perth, close to the City and very handy for all transport links. It was very nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable and the furnishings just right with everything provided to make your stay enjoyable. "We are back and recovering from our holidays. We had a wonderful time in Perth. Loved the accommodation. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is sometimes the small things that make a big difference. Tea, coffee and sugar was a good idea. But for you to go leave washing powder, shampoo etc was very nice. But what my kids really thought, that taking that extra is the dvds and the books. Geographically speaking it was very central to a lot of our relatives and friends house, even to the wedding venue. So it was very convenient. As you thought the second room did have a long mirror on the cupboard, so that helped immensely with draping the saree. So thank you for everything."

"the location was absolutely perfect. we had a hire car, so it was less than 30 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. very central. 5 minute drive for a picnic on the banks of the river. 15 minutes to freo. 20 to the swan valley. 10 to the cbd!!"

"We were most impressed with this unit's value for money and location. Situated within 3kms of Curtin Uni I was the envy of fellow conference attendees who stayed in the city. Close to transport shops and the cafe strip on the Albany Hwy we enjoyed walking to these venues as well as an early morning walk past beautiful suburban gardens to the Swan River. Much friendlier than staying in the city and closer to the airport too. Lots of space for two people to have some privacy compared to a hotel room. Loved the little extras such as washing powder, pegs and an outside line! We will stay again if coming to Perth."

"Kensington Park is a lovely home - so much thought put in to cater to young children - the books, toys, play house and even kiddie cutlery! Well equipped to meet our daily needs even bath gel, shampoo, washing detergent, coffee, tea, cooking oil, salt and pepper! Truly an ideal location - 15 minutes drive to the city centre and a stone's throw away to a deli / supermarket and 5 minutes drive to Coles, Target and Victoria Park shopping/restaurant strip. Most importantly, all our queries to the Property Manager were promptly responded to. She even provided suggestions which were useful during our holiday. Will definitely recommend Kensington Park to friends visiting Perth and will surely look up Kensington Park when we are in Perth next :)"

This property was perfect for my stay. Well equiped with all the basics. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Lots of fans to keep you cool in the wamer weather. A short walk to bus stops to take you into the city. Easy check in and Claire is an amazing host. Great communication and willing to help with anything you need to make your stay comfortable
We had a lovely stay. The house had everything we wanted including a yard for our dogs. It’s in a great location, right around the corner from a restaurant, a bakery and an IGA. Thanks Claire for being a great and very accomodating host.
The Hosts were so helpful and obliging we couldn't have asked for .anyone better. Very central to all areas around Perth.
This property is close to everything but has the convenience of off street parking and an outdoor area. Everything you need for a short or long term stay, and one of the few places that is pet friendly. We didn't have a pet, noticed no pet smell and place was very clean. Queen bed is firm but comfortable. Highly recommended.
Thanks for a great stay Claire. It was the ideal location for me - easy to run back and forth from home (due to renovations). IGA and Cafe only a hop skip n a jump away. Gorgeous little cottage with big back yard and a REAL clothes line lol. Porch light was out, but Claire was onto it within hours. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if needed.
Wonderful that we could find pet friendly accomodation
This was a pleasant old house, which was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It was right next to shops (IGA and a couple of cafe's), walking distance to the park which made exercising my dog easy.
We have relocated from Brisbane to Perth and while we waited for our household goods and home to be ready this was exactly what we needed. Claire was lovely to deal with. Would happily recommend.
