We love staying in the Lemon Tree studio on our twice yearly visits to Perth to visit family. We always unpack into the drawers and cupboard as soon as we arrive. It is so easy to prepare a simple meal and enjoy the food provided by Sean and Judy for your cuppa and breakfast until you go to the shops and eateries which are close by. The studio is quiet with parking available on the street. Sean and Judy always make us feel very welcome. The bed is very comfortable and bus transport close by..
The studio was very comfortable, clean and compact with good quality bed linen and towels and we were left a lovely selection of tea, coffee and breakfast items. There was always plenty of hot water for the shower, the wifi worked well which was really useful to contact home and research the area. While staying at the studio we made a couple of weekend trips north and south of Perth and Sean and Sarah were very accommodating to allow us to leave some of our luggage with them. We cannot recommend the Lemon Tree Studio highly enough, it really enhanced our trip to Australia.
Thank you Sean and Judith for all the little extras that made your accommodation so enjoyable. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort and the lovely breakfast that lasted the week. Nice and handy to the river and shops too.
We needed a short term stay whilst our house was temporarily unavailable and the Lemon Tree Stuio turned out out to be just perfect for this purpose. The small cosy studio has a comfortable bed, great shower, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped with utensils, breakfast food, tea and coffee. The owners, Judith and Sean, were most helpful and hospitable, and we can highly recommend the studio to anyone requiring short term accommodation.
The owners were friendly, helpful, (very helpful) and smile a lot. The ‘studio’ is well equipped with most of everything you’ll need for a stay for a few days to a week. To be honest, two weeks and it can start to feel a little cramped. But overall, it is excellent value, nice and close to lots of interesting stuff to see and do. Not to mention within comfortable walking distance of several places to eat and drink. No worries about drinking and driving. The shower was excellent. The towels were the size and quality one uses at home, not the small bits of rag you get in hotels. There was enough tea, coffee etc to comfortably last a week or more. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the lovely couple Judith and Sean. Highly recommended.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with The Lemon Tree Studio. This was quiet and provided everything that we needed. We felt very welcome.
I stayed at the Lemon Tree Studio for a week whilst working in Perth. It is compact, but very comfortable, clean, quiet and private. The bed was super comfy and great to relax on whilst watching Foxtel. The bathroom was spotless with a fabulous shower. The kitchen had everything I needed for the week with great quality food provided, such as muesli, milk, yoghurt, butter, water, biscuits and tea/coffee which lasted the week. Sean's suggestions of nearby eateries was spot on, as I had some lovely meals at some of the cafe's he suggested. The suburb was beautiful and very near to the Swan river and the city. I highly recommend this studio for comfort, peace and location. Thanks Sean!
Throughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely location. Accomodation is very comfortable, quiet and private. All needs were provided for. The breakfast, yo-yos and drinks were of excellent quality and lasted the 3 days I was there.
We stayed here for 4days and found it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the last few days of our holiday .The location was perfect for going to the beach or for visiting Perth city centre . There was everything you could need provided in the apartment , the milk and juice lasted us the 4 days. The owners were extremely helpful . We would highly recommend this property.
