Costal Clearwater Getaway Hot tub, Grill + Massage Mins to Clearwater Beach ☀️

We had an excellent holiday there. The family was impressed with how beautiful and well appointed the home was! They really loved the new addition of the message chair, awesome! Hot tub was a definite bonus as well. Located in a beautiful quite neighborhood and convenient location not far from the beach, 10 to 20 minutes depending on the traffic. My oldest daughter joked that we got to Cosplay Floridians. It felt like a home away from home and we will definitely be back! We will be recommending it to our friends.

We had an amazing time. The property was accurately described. The inside was very updated and modern. The jacuzzi and massage chair was an added bonus to our stay. The house was very clean and had just about everything you needed to cook with. We were there for 10 days.We were very close to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet. Just a few minutes away from some of our favorite creature comforts (crumble/Rita’s)and fast food restaurants. Publix and Walmart were also not too far. Kathy was very responsive in our communication and was an amazing host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You will enjoy yours too!

The property was perfectly located in clearwater and close to everything. The tvs were our only complaints as they did not like to load apps.

Great host, great property.Easy and fast communication. Well laid out house great for 4 to 6 people get a way. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood close to all the good spots... From The beach to Dunedin to St. Pete's. Will absolutely stay again.

Booking process went very well, we had originally booked for 28 days and then we had a few plans changed and requested an extension of a couple of days and Kathy graciously allowed it. There were a couple of items of interest not on the listing (coffee maker, lawnchairs etc) We asked her about them, some were there and Kathy proceeded to buy some of them (an Air Fryer and cookie sheets) and she had them there for us on arrival. House was in a perfect family friendly mature neighborhood with other well looked after homes. Very clean, outside of a few minor issues which we looked after. Nice outside space with new barBQ and a few lawn games provided. 3 Bedrooms, all with new beds. 2 Bath, one completely new in the master suite. New appliances, and utensils, maybe shy a few items but we made it work. Overall an excellent experience with Kathy and Tony and the home.

It was my daughters sweet 16 birthday weekend and we had family and friend staying all over we got the Airbnb as a getaway from all the chaos and it was a wonderful place to stay we enjoyed it so much our host was very responsive. Home was beautiful and clean we definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

My husband & I were visiting our daughter in Clearwater for her birthday, and had a mostly positive experience at this rental house. It has 3 nice sized bedrooms with two baths, & a large open kitchen/dining/living area. All were very clean. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean with plenty of big new towels. Loved that! The enclosed patio was nice for sipping coffee.When we arrived, late in the evening, the hot tub was not usable, which was disappointing. It was cold & needed cleaning. Contacted the owner the next morning, & she called the property manager who tried to get a service to come out & clean it, but unfortunately, that couldn't happen until Monday. The service came out, but we had to request they come back the next day to do a better job. They partially drained & refiled the tub, which did leave it a bit cleaner. As hot tub owners, it still wasn't as clean as we preferred, but we were able to use it. The kitchen has new cabinets, an induction stove, & fridge, but definitely needs a few more basics for cooking. There were no mixing/prep bowls, serving bowls or platters, and no bakeware at all, so I couldn't make a birthday cake as planned. There were very limited utensils as well. We used the grill mostly. The dishes were nice & there were sharp knives. Not a chef's kitchen, but manageable for a 10 day stay. The owner was very responsive & pleasant to work with. I hope they will consider adding more kitchen items for their renters' convenience.

Went there to work so didn't get to enjoy the town. House was comfortable
