Nice location and spacious well maintained property. Easy parking and workable spaces though a little tight given modern large vehicles. Neighborhood feels transitional but generally safe. Promotion with wine shop is nice touch as we got nice complimentary bottle of wine with our goodies buys. TV was a little confusing to operate. Overall good experience and would stay with property again.

Great location! But the property itself has some wear and tear. In particular one of the bathroom faucets was loose and there are a ton of stuff marks on all the walls. The sheets on one of the beds didn't seem clean. There was an incident with an overflowing toilet (out of nowhere, hadn't been used in hours) and it was leaking into the floor below. We contacted the host and they answered right away and then sent someone over right away. So that was great! But the property needs a couple days off for normal maintenance and repairs.

Not stated that the three bedrooms were all up steep stairs. Two bedrooms on a second floor while the third was up another steep flight. Difficult for older people. Would be helpful to have known in advance.

Working with owner was very easy. Great location for Charleston- we walked everywhere. House was perfect size for our family. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the property, shopping and restaurants were nearby and within walking distance. Although the property noted it would hold 10 people, I did not feel this was accurate. If you have children staying then, yes, that would be accurate, however, 10 adults would not fit comfortably. I would suggest you put a rubber mat in the upstairs bathroom as the floor was extremely slippery and dangerous to falls. I would also suggest that you include kleenex in the unit. Other than that we were very happy with the accommodations.

This was a perfect spot for our time in Charleston. The house was roomy and well appointed. It was in a great location, walkable to most everything we wanted to do. The property managers were communicative. The only issue was the early morning construction down the street, which is circumstantial and to be expected in a growing area of town.

Great location, great stay!

I stayed here with my sister and mother for a short girl’s trip. The apartment was super cute and comfy. We appreciated having our own bedrooms and bathrooms and having extra space to lounge around. The location was convenient and we liked having the bagel shop across the street. Prior to our trip I was uncertain about the parking situation and was happy to find that each unit has an assigned parking spot at the rear of the building. The listing warns of construction happening across the street and, during construction hours, you can definitely hear the noise. It didn’t bother us but, if this is something that you are sensitive to, this is your warning. I’d definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone who asks.

The location and the amount of room in this home are what stand out the most. There are a few condition/maintenance concerns that we advised the host of and if they are addressed our rating would go to a full 5 stars.

Great location for walking on King street where there were many restaurants, bars and cute stores. It should be noted that there are 2 sets of stairs to the bedrooms so people should be capable of climbing them to get to sleep. Very nice to have 4 bathrooms. Kitchen had pots and pans but nothing else so if you wanted to cook, you'd need to buy everything.

Yes but smell of grease was overwhelming No tv’s in the bedroom Master bedroom door would not shut all the way Mattress in master has never been turned. Valleys are deep

Check in was easy and on site parking was great! The unit was clean but needed some work due to the usage of the unit over time. Nighttime was loud, so not ideal when traveling with kiddos. Sound machines were provided though. Overall, the unit served the purpose for a weekend stay with a family of 5.

Perfect location for a visit to Charleston.

This home is in a perfect location for seeing the city and lots of fabulous restaurants close by in downtown. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

Very comfortable place. Very roomy! The only recommendation would be to please wd40 the bathroom doors and bedroom doors. We enjoyed our stay.

My mother and sister and I enjoyed being so close to everything in Charleston! The place was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.

We love this place - was in town for CoC orientation and will definitely book again. It was so nice have a living room to debrief on the day and a kitchen for snacks. Very clean and communication was excellent.

Property was perfect for our short stay in Charleston. It is close to shops and restaurants and very comfortable for our family.

A lot of the reviews I looked at said it felt small but I had a group of 7 friends and we always had plenty of room!!! Great location, cute house and super organized rental process.
