Stayed Jun 7, 2026I want to give this property 4.5 stars but that wasn't an option. It just falls a bit short of 5 stars. First this isn't truly a property managed by a VRBO host. I received no communication back to my VRBO messages from the host because there isn't one. It's managed by a group not really an owner. Once I figured out who to call at Management group it went better. The major work to canal behind home is done and it looks great. There is still ongoing work on paving parking lot and finish carpentry on wood posts around docks. The deck on the home needs stained and I was disappointed there was no chairs or umbrella for beach use included. None of the homes are allowed gas grills on this property. All we had was a sad little electric griddle to cook outside. The pool was very nice and the marina staff was friendly.

Stayed May 14, 2026Nice quiet spot on the canal. Pool right next door. Good home base for nearby sport fishing trips. Would come back with family.
