Coral Cottage- Just minutes away from Butterfly Beach & Montecito's Lower Village!

This was the perfect little Montecito cottage for our family stay. The perfect distance to walk to both the beach and downtown Montecito (5-10 min) and could walk to the Rosewood as well. The team was very communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! Excellent location for our girls trip. Easy walking distance to beach and downtown Montecito (shops and restaurants). Would be great for a family as well. Quiet neighborhood. Private and beautifully maintained yard and home. Great patio areas. Amentities were great. Comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was well-stocked. Communication was great. Responsive to all questions before and during stay! Entry and departure was simple. I would 100% book this property again! We'll be back!

We traveled to Santa Barbara for a vacation with our two adult children, and Coral Cottage was the perfect home for our stay. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean, comfortable, and spacious everything was. The house offers wonderful indoor and outdoor living spaces, making it easy for all of us to relax and enjoy time together. Whether we were cooking, sitting outside, or unwinding after a day exploring, it felt like the perfect home base. The cottage has so much character and charm, which made it feel special rather than just another rental. The kitchen is beautiful and extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook a meal. The location is fantastic — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute walk into town, making it easy to enjoy everything without needing to drive. Overall, this house could not have been more perfect for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Barbara area.

The 3BR house is wonderful. Very light and spacious. Well equipped. Just a few blocks from Butterfly Beach and downtown Monecito. Agency is excellent to deal with. We hope to come back. Definitely recommend.

Amazing place. Well appointed and very comfortable for my whole family. Plenty of space for three college aged young ladies to get ready for a family wedding. Perfectly located close to the Rosewood and downtown Montecito. Will definitely be back.

The communication was outstanding. I felt like the host was available anytime we had a question or needed anything at all. The property is beautiful, the proximity to the beach and coast village road made it easy to just park and walk everywhere- breakfast, dinner and shopping. The beds are comfortable and even though it doesn't have AC (most SB homes don't) they had a ton of windows and fans that helped bring in the ocean air and keep the house the perfect temperature. The architecture is very SB and the design was cute and approachable. One of our friends remarked that it was the comfiest couch they had sat on in a long time. Items in the kitchen are well labeled and we were happy to stay there and even met the couple and who was renting out the cottage/adu. Stay was great and would stay again.

The location is great. Walking distance to lower downtown and to Butterfly Beach.The house is clean and is well stocked with towels. A few ants on the counter upon arrival, so we were cautious to keep all food wrapped up tight. We did not end up cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have all the kitchenware you would need. Basics are supplied (sugar, salt, pepper, oil, honey, ground coffee, some creamers), bring spices.We enjoyed the hot tub on a daily basis. Missing a big plant in picture so is a bit less private if studio is occupied. Important to use black wash tub to rinse feet to avoid brining sand in the hot tub.The studio (converted detached garage?) at the back of the long driveway and is adjacent to the backyard where the hot tub is located was occupied during our stay and made it feel less private to me (walking past the house backyard and house windows every day and talking in their adjacent fenced-in yard for several hours one evening made it feel like a shared property). Luckily, they did not have a car which made parking easy for us. The welcome book is very clear the house parks on the left side which means you can’t back straight out of the driveway. The studio parks on the right and is a straight line to back out.The couch and beds were comfortable with nice bedding and pillows.Overall, nice place and excellent location.

We just returned from our stay at the Coral Cottage. It was so comfortable, felt like being home. The cottage was well equipped for cooking meals for our group. The location was also perfect if you prefer to grab a meal or snack at one of the many restaurant options nearby in the Village. Walking to butterfly Beach was also a highlight. Ariana from VROSB was so responsive and accommodating, a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this rental to others for a family vacation or a weekend with the girls.
