Coral Cottage in Beaufort Historical District

We loved this property so much. We frequent the area at least once a year and we will definitely be back!

It was very quiet and peaceful

It was cute and homey. Well stocked with items you might need. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Enjoyed the outdoor space, sitting under a tree drinking morning coffee. The ONLY thing we did not like was the very loud dehumidifier.

The cottage was very nice. The humidifier was loud and came on and off a lot. We didn’t know if we could turn it off or not. The bed was a little soft for us. Beaufort is a beautiful town.

The Coral Cottage was so quaint, and just perfect for me.

We enjoyed our time at the Coral Cottage! It was the perfect size for us, as we just needed the place to sleep. We enjoyed the bikes and rode to Mill Whistle Brewery. We loved being close to downtown and experiencing everything the town has!

We ended up staying at the Lighthouse Cabin. We had all the immenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was ideal for walking we packed and walked for the 3 day's we were their. The only thing I will point out is that if you have any knee problems like me just know the toilet sits extremely low and there are no rails to help get up and down. Honestly that was the only thing I could point out that I was disappointed with. I would recommend and I would stay there again. Thank you to our hosts.

Loved being able to walk everywhere. I wish I would’ve paid more attention to the fact it was a room with a bed and bathroom. But that’s on me not the owners

Great location. Everything was clean and ready. Having access to the bikes was excellent, they were in great shape and included bike locks making it convenient to explore town.

Nearby the center of the town, very walkable!

Great location and size (small) that we needed! We were spending time beaching and needed a place to sleep comfortably and walk to restaurants so fit us perfectly!

We enjoyed our short stay at Coral Cottage. It was very clean and welcoming. It is only a short walk to the water, restaurants and shops.

Check in/out was easy. Very nice and clean rental. Perfect location! We will definitely be returning!

The room was clean and decorated nicely. It was convenient to the Main Street stores, restaurants and waterfront attractions. My husband and I personally think that it is more suitable for one person. It is rather small and there is only one chair to relax in. As an older couple, it is uncomfortable to sit very long on a bed. There's nothing wrong with the place. It just wasn't suitable for us.

Place was just as described. Very cute but small. We stayed for two nights so it was what we were after. Walkable to downtown and waterfront (there is no beach nearby).

Coral cottage was the perfect location within walking distance to downtown Beaufort. The property was clean and had a hose which allowed us to rinse off dive gear to let dry outside. Would stay here again for sure!

Perfect cozy little spot to celebrate our anniversary. Check in was easy, property was very clean and as described. Location was great! We were able to walk to the waterfront, the farmers market and lots of restaurants.

Pros - Location is great, place was as advertised and clean. Cons - A/C unit and Dehumidifier are pretty load. Little delay gaining access due to previous tenant or cleaning crew not leaving keys in lock box. Owner got back to us quickly and all good. Only real negative was the unit had a partial roll of TP left for our stay. We called about it and did not get a response. Because we didn't hear back we might have borrowed some TP from the brewery down the street which turned out to be a good thing.

Property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Would absolutely stay there again.

Cozy location, really close to everything!

Loved this visit! Perfect little cottage for a quick weekend away in Beaufort. Easy walking to all the highlights of downtown and to get in and out by vehicle. Wish we’d had time to take the bikes out and sit outside on the patio a while (next time!). 100% would rent again.

Everything was fantastic! And the owner went above and beyond to reach out when she discovered my wife left a white dress on the bed that blended into the comforter and offered to mail it back! A perfect little room right in the heart of town for our weekend getaway.

This was our second stay at Coral Cottage. And enjoyed our stay each time.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Coral Cottage. The home gave us a safe, comfortable place to spend the night. We really enjoyed using the bikes around town and felt that was a great benefit to the property. We would definitely book here again.

If you need a home-base for a trip to the Beaufort area, this is the property for you. It's a delightful efficiency just three blocks from Front Street. There is enough room for two with all the essentials. I would definitely recommend it for those who need a place to lay their head while moving between activities.
