Clean and everything worked. One of the doors was missing hinge screws. Within a few hours on a Sunday maintenance arrived to fix the door. Very pleased with responsiveness. Rent here and you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed Oct 14, 2023I booked this for a mom and daughter's weekend. It was very comfortable, clean and a good bedroom configuration. The weather did not cooperate for any water activities, too windy. Only negative is lack of any cooking spices, which was disclosed. I realize the humidity is an issue, but some basic spices would have been appreciated.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Fresh and clean newly rebuilt property that offered me and my family a variety of good times. From the paddle boards and kayaks, to the great porches and downstairs entertaining area…This house was perfect. Loved the 4 bedroom concept too!

Reviewer Comments: The rental home was very spacious, had a lot to offer and made sure you didn’t need to pick up to much as far as plates, cups and other things. But the A/C would always jump up dieting the day so sometimes the house wasn’t as cold as I would of like but over all great time.
