Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!!

Property has a lot of potential; however, host needs improvement. Floors were dirty, my feet were black after walking barefoot in the house for just a few minutes. Garbage disposal was not working and host didn’t tell us until check in time via email. Kitchen cabinets had grease residue on them. There was a small broom but no dustpan. We did not have access to the garage for a grill, cooler and other beach items that we brought for our trip. Beach house rental with no beach towels. There were only 2 trash bags in a small kitchen trash can and only 1 roll of paper towels for a reservation of a family of 8 for a weekend. These are inexpensive items which I bought but I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to go out and buy these items during my vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to Rockport 4x a year for work booking a place with a private pier for fishing. This time we stayed at a different property, as the one we normally stay at (which was great) was not available. The new place is really nice and clean, closer to town and has even more amenities than the last (one of which is an amazing, clean pool right by the pier. The pier is new and has nice boat slips which makes it easier for multiple people to fish without crossing over or getting in others way. The house has a downstairs living area which worked out perfectly for my CO worker, while my wife and I had the top floor (where the master, with an amazing master bathroom, the kitchen, main living area, and a half bath which was nice to have. The views are AMAZING you get the perfect sunset views from the unit and both sunrise and sunset views from the pier. As Lways always, Rockport Escapes Nina was always available to help. I think we found our new spot! Forgot to say, LOVE having two balconies furnishes so that my co worker and I could have our own outdoor space as well. Fishing great got a lot of bites hooked onto Several gar even (I will be back with bigger better tackle on a mission to land 1 of these monsters) also catching a nice kfish on the last night!

This property was more than I expected. The house had an updated vibe and everyroom had quiet celing fans.

Our whole family enjoyed every moment. We’ll definitely come back!!

Beautiful property in the best little neighborhood! The beach wasn’t far and neither was food and other amenities! Will definitely be returning!

This property was great. Check in was smooth and Nina the host was great. The property is as described and extremely comfortable. The community is really cute and the pool was extremely clean. The view is outstanding. However, the downstairs AC did take a while to cool and when we arrived the sheets were full of dog hair. I immediately contacted Nina and she assisted immediately. Overall, this property was amazing. We will return.
