Copano Bay, Rockport, Tx. Waterfront, Private Pool & Hot Tub, & Pier

We loved this location! Our kids had a blast at the pool all day and had a great time fishing on the pier!

Perfect getaway for the family! Excellent amenities- pool, lighted fishing pier, spacious home, and location to take a morning walk/jog to get your exercise. An amazing place to enjoy family, relaxation, morning coffees on the upper deck overlooking Copano Bay, and making memories! You won’t be disappointed!

We loved the house, our stay couldnt be better. The new owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had three families stay at the property. The host very accommodating and home was well set up for our stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, close to town. We had a small issue with the hot tub heating but the host responded and resolved it quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend this property to large families, extended families, or groups of friends with children.

This was our second time staying here. Everything is perfect.

The house was clean and well thought out. We appreciated the amenities like a waffle maker, sufficient pans and utensils and condiments. The fishing was great - even though the water is shallow we caught trout, crabs, several black drum and even a huge alligator gar! The pool was clean comfortable and a blessing in the south texas heat. Pool toys were fun also thanks! Beds were comfortable! We slept great!

Perfect house for our family vacation. Swimming, fishing, porpoise watching, and boating. Something for everyone to do.

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful house and it served it's purpose and that was to celebrate Father's Day. What a great way to celebrate father's day with all your family together in one house enjoying themselves, Some in the pool, some in the spa, some taking care of the grill and then some doing a little fishing. The kids were already asking me Are we coming back to this house next year Grandpa? The only negative thing was it didn't have local TV stations, I like to keep up with the local and national news, It however has tons of movies on the streaming channels. Hope to come back next year, God willing.

My family had an awesome time at this vacation rental. When we arrived the house was clean and very inviting. We spent most of the time in pool soaking up the sun, and watching the kids play. We have made awesome memories, and hope to come back next summer!
