Our stay at this property was wonderful. The host messaged to let us know that we could check in early if we wanted to, even though we hadn't requested to. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. I loved that each of the bedrooms had a separate thermostat control, and having a bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor was very convenient for us since my sister can't handle stairs well. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

We loved having an entire house to ourselves and saw lots of similar houses along the road; my only concern was the speed at which cars drive down the street, especially with small children, but we simply hustled them inside and right back to the car. We loved the updated furnishings and felt very comfortable. Everyone slept well!

This is an absolutely beautiful home! Everything was very clean. We stayed 2 nights. We were on a 3 week vacation, so it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

Had an amazing stay for my wife's 50th birthday. It was clean, had everything we needed available and most importantly... the communication between the owner and I was wonderful. He even let us check-in early! Overall it was 5 stars without even shaking this man's hand to thank him! We also enjoyed Cooperstown activities. Escape Room, local coffee shops, dining... it was all enjoyable! We appreciated the hospitality from afar!

House was good location a short distance from Cooperstown for low price in a quiet area. Stayed here one night on the way back from a ski trip to break up a 10 hour drive. Good communication from host. House as described. Would stay here again.

We had a minor problem with the front door automatic lock, but the manager responded quickly. Otherwise, the house was comfortable and very well appointed. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame because it is so near to the Hall and to several restaurants (all within about 10 minutes of the house!).

House is very comfortable with great amenities and host is beyond accommodating. Had a snowstorm so we spent more time at the house and loved every minute!

We rented the house to visit my son in Cooperstown, he works at the hospital. The house was very close to Cooperstown and was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit Coop!!

Stayed for 1 night so didn't cook there. There is a very nice coffee station. Furniture and beds were very comfortable.

Great proximity to Cooperstown. Spacious, well stocked and clean. Beds comfortable and showers were very large. Weather too chilly to enjoy the deck & lawn area. Owner very helpful with golfing/restaurant suggestions and all communication was very quick. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the place, super clean, close to the locations we wanted to visit (hall of fame, few breweries, good restaurants, trails).

Great house! Clean, bright, roomy. It had everything we needed. Great yard. Location was close to all the places we wanted to visit. And our dog was comfortable too. So nice to have a pet friendly place to stay.

Nice house hard to find in the dark no light on front of house

Our overall stay was good. The home is comfortable and has plenty of space and amenities for our family, unfortunately there were issues with the cleanliness in general...it was not done to our expectations or satisfaction. Also, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an extremely high bed to get in and out of and I would caution those who are either elderly or unable to get up and down to be aware of this. Maybe the listing could describe it a bit more. We didn't use the outdoor space due to time constraints however the outdoor seating and grill area could also use some TLC.

This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games. Our team won the whole thing, so it must have been a lucky house!

Great location in relation to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park. Had all the amenities we needed for the cold nights early in the week and the hot and humid days later in the week. Even saw a massive bear the day of checkout. Great place overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a nice house! Everything is so nicely done - from the super comfy beds to having coffee available. We were happy to find a place which accepts two big dogs, and the house is an easy drive to the village.

I was going to give this home 4 stars except:It was the day after check-in that we realized the refrigerator was not cooling - three days of food needed to be tossed. The upstairs toilet was not draining well. Once we got over a communication mix-up Dave did have the property manager out to fix both but unfortunately both issues came back within 24 hours. Dave said he would compensate us for the inconvenience, and we checked out a day early. It has been over a week, and several emails and a phone call and Dave has disappeared. I most likely will not see any compensation.Also, small things like uncut grass and the outside looking not as well kept as the inside are drawbacks. Know that the house is right on a road although it is quiet at night. Convenience to town is the plus here but I would continue looking if you have kids because of the road.

My husband and our pup enjoyed our trip to Cooperstown - the house was convenient to Baseball HOF, Fenimore Farm and restaurants. Dave was very responsive and the house was very clean and comfortable.

It was on our bucket list to visit the hall of fame, and this property was the perfect fit for our group of 3 adults. Easy to get to the sites and a good place to relax afterward. Thanks Dave!

Everything about the description was spot on more! It's a lovely house, very close to Cooperstown and very near Ommegang Brewery is just down the road. The bedrooms were indulgently decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Dave was great with questions and we had one of the loveliest stays we've ever had in a VRBO. What you see is what you get - enjoy!

Traveling with another couple on an extended NE trip and Cooperstown was on my husband’s bucket list. The house was very nicely updated and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean and the rural location was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this property.

Easy and convenient for 4 adults and 2 dogs in town for baseball. Home is tidy and well-appointed, communication from owner was outstanding. No issues! The house is very close to a busy street - the bright side of that is that you're just a few minutes from CDP! Would recommend!
