This property was the perfect location to Dreams and also close to restaurants. The host was very responsive!

Our stay was perfect for our week trip in Cooperstown for my son's tournament week. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can't beat the beautiful views! It was a perfect and relaxing getaway from all the baseball games.

We loved staying at the house. It was perfect for all of us and close to dreams park. Check-in and communication with the owners was great too.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cooperstown- the convenience and proximity to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown is unmatched! Our hosts were extremely communicative and helpful- we had a smoke alarm go off in the middle of the night and they responded right away and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this property! Perfect spot for Dreams Park families! Quick 7-10 minute drive from the ball park, on the better side of town for restaurants, stores, etc. Was a great fit for my parents (they didn’t have to go up stairs), myself and 9 year old twin boys.

Perfectly adorable and charming home so close to Cooperstown. Made it convenient to go back and forth to games. Cozy and roomy! The check in process was a wee bit confusing just due to bad timing, but I would absolutely recommend this home to all!

We stayed here 8 years ago when our oldest went to Cooperstown. Back this year our 3rd son. The property has plenty of room for a family of 6, nice backyard, super close to the Dreams Park, nice views—just perfect. Hope to stay again if our 4th son goes! Thank you for everything!

Close to Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Very comfortable house! We loved having laundry on site and room to spread out. Great experience overall.

We traveled for the Cooperstown Dream Park and this house was in a great location, only about 7 minutes from the fields. Beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. The house provided sheets and towels and was fully stocked with the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms. THANK YOU!

We loved this house! It’s clean, quaint and cozy which was perfect for my parents, my son and me to stay for the week. It’s perfect for traveling back and forth to Dreams Park. My husband and son had to stay on site at the park so it allowed for them to come shower, do some laundry and get some AC before heading back to the bunks.

House was comfortable for our needs. We spent little time there because we were at Dreams Park most of the time and the house was very close to the park.

Great spot for two families to share while we watched our boys at Cooperstown. House was very cute with plenty of space; kitchen was great to hang out and cook in, and we had everything we needed. House is super close to Dreams park, making the days easy and relaxing. And, the setting of the house is lovely - made for some beautiful morning walks before game time! Would definitely recommend it.

This house is perfectly located between town and the baseball fields. It was the perfect place to watch our son play baseball.

We were in town for the Cooperstown tournament and would have had a great time regardless, but this house made it unforgettable. Beautiful scenery, very well maintained and so close to everything - yet so secluded. Would highly recommend. Will try to book in two years when we return!
