Coopers North in Old Town | Game Room + Hot Tub

We had a great time at Cooper's North. We loved the basement and all the fun games provided. Since it is walking distance to town, we had the best of both options - going out and staying home. The hot is also a nice option during the cold or winter. From a communication standpoint, Stacy is very responsive and check-in was easy!

The home was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The game room kept our family entertained and the location was close to everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for our family to enjoy time together this week! Loved the town of Fort Collins and in close distance to other places we were visiting, like Loveland and Estes Park, as well as Cheyenne, WY for Cheyenne Frontier Days! Definitely the place to stay!

The property was wonderful. Walked to Olde Town . Stacey was very responsive.

House was great. It was in a great location. We enjoy our stay and will be back if work brings us back to Colorado.

Unit is in a great location. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the basement bar and games. Unit had nice furnishings and amenities. Reached out to property management on a few housekeeping items and got quick action. tgotquick

Visiting our freshman at CSU has never been so much fun! There was plenty of room for both our CSU freshman and adult sibling to stay with us. The entire basement was set up for family fun with a pool table, darts and plenty of games. Beds were comfy and the kitchen well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. All of this was a short distance from the campus. Stacy was amazingly helpful during the booking process. We had no issues once checked in. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would reccommend staying here for families who want some quality time with their kids, or just a quiet place to relax in beautiful Fort Collins.

Bed linen was not laundered. Master bed is very uncomfortable with a deep divit on one side. Ice maker in freezer is broken so get ready to buy ice or use trays. Carpeting in hallways is stained and needs to be cleaned. When we opened the hot tub, we found beer bottle caps at the bottom along with hair balls and other disgusting debri. I called the property manager Stacy, at Mountain Time Vacation Rentals and no call back what so ever. She did send me an e-mail over twenty four hours later touting the fact that the property is cleaned and inspected regularly. Clearly, that is not the case and not even an attempt to send someone to clean the hot tub so that we could use it. Very disappointing and especially frustrating having to deal with the unresponsive manager at Mountain Time. Not recommended!

This property is super trendy and has everything you could want to stay entertained. It's close to downtown and a short drive to about anything you need. The only downside is we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property.

Such a fun place to stay. Lots to do for the kids and adults. Close by Old Towne and near our venue with had a function at. Really good trip!

The house was well kept and had alot of fun things to do. The game room was amazing. It was universally located and able to get anywhere we needed whether by car or walking distance. We really enjoyed our time.

We enjoyed a week-long stay at Cooper's North. We enjoyed cooking, walks in the neighborhood, using the hot tub, playing games, etc. The house is in a very convenient location that is a short bike ride or walk to New Belgium brewery. The check-in process and communication with the host was very hassle-free.
