Welcome to our cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly constructed home in Dover! We are conveniently located near Portsmouth, Downtown Dover, and Durham (UNH). Whether you are here for vacation, work, or to visit family, we'll be delighted to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are able to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025This was a beautiful new home in Dover. It was extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. It is on a fairly busy street but you are not able to hear the traffic when inside. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Aug 10, 2025House is beautiful, clean and new. The host was considerate with small details like indoor sandals, water bottles, extra toothbrushes etc. the only con we had was the back rooms of the house is facing a busy street, so lots of noise from traffic.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Beautiful home and the property manager answered any questions very quickly. Everything went without a hitch. Check-in was flawless, the house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. They left water in the fridge (which we didn’t need), cute little toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms along with combs, shampoo, condition and body wash. This house had everything of we had forgotten something.

Stayed May 18, 2025Property appears to be new construction. The rooms were good sized. Beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked without issue. My only negative is that the home is located on a main thoroughfare. Traffic noise can be a bit much, but it quited down after about 9:30pm.My interactions with the owner were quick and easy. We got timely answers to the questuons we asked. If i have ti travel back into the atea, I would want yo use this property again.
