Stayed Jun 18, 2026It was a great home to stay during the U.S. Open Golf Tournament. It has a retro vibe with fun decorating details. I was skeptical of the futon beds. But the beds were very comfortable. We did not use any of the amenities like grill, surfboards, etc. But they are available for guest use. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this home again.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Very thoughtfully curated house with an eye for design. House is bright and airy with a great layout and lovely backyard for the family and the dog. Bay (dog friendly!) is a very short drive or bike ride and ocean beaches are close by. Southampton town center is 15 minutes away and you have the added convenience of Hampton Bays nearby. Only recommendation would be a dresser for some added storage in the rooms. John is a great host and very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023Vert cute MCM home in Shinnecock. This home is very bright and sunny and has a great porch and backyard. We enjoyed our stay. The homeowner is VERY responsive and answers questions quickly. Four of us stayed here and were very comfortable. We appreciated lots of towels and enough beach chairs for all of us. Kitchen is well stocked.
