Convent - Dunmore Town

Situated on the edge of the historic village this former Catholic nunnery combines the charm of a historic house but with modern amenities to create a truly unique atmosphere. Decorated by internationally renowned designer Thomas Scheerer, The Convent’s interior is decorated in a pallet of soothing greys, whites and beige which allows the homes unique architecture and history to predominate. A covered veranda leads to the pecky Cyprus paneled foyer. The open living and dining room is tothe right of the foyer and offers a plush linen slipcovered sofa and seating for 6 guests at the dining table. The kitchen is to the left of the dining room has all of the modern amenities one could want. There are three bedrooms situated on the second story.

The first guest bedroom offers two full beds and ensuite bathroom.

The second guest bedroom offers a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.

The third guest bedroom offers a queen sized bed.

The fourth guest bedroom is accessed from the garden and offer a queen bed with ensuite bathroom.

The veranda offers built-in L-shaped sofas at either end and is a sublime location to relax with a cool tropical libation or float in the swimming pool while enjoying the home’s large verdant garden.
