Stayed Jan 15, 2026Wonderful home! Pristine clean, comfortable and cozy. I packed garbage bags, dishwasher pods and other things usually needed, but they left a couple of each, so nice. We went for a horse show at Fox Lea and we were 10 minutes away. I’ll be booking this house for the next horse show!

Stayed Jul 14, 2025Was in town with family to move parent to memory care. This took care of all needs plus a pool to relax in evening. Good space and very clean.

Stayed May 4, 2025On first glance the house is a typical Venice gardens home. The inside has been remodeled beautifully, including an addition that makes the home much bigger than it appears. The house looked smelled clean. Plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Very nice pool area with plenty of seating. Close to shopping and beaches. My family enjoyed the property and vacation.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025We went to check out the Venice area. I booked this because of its proximity to the beach. 10 minutes to 3 beaches. We loved the house - everything we needed was there. This is my idea of a VRBO - well equipped with everything to make our stay perfect. The owner was fabulous. I actually had to take a meeting at 10am and he was gracious enough to let us stay past our checkout time. I would rent the VRBO again in a heartbeat.

The house was also exceptionally clean, with a well appointed kitchen and lovely pool and outdoor space. We also loved the central location; downtown Venice and numerous beaches and parks were only a short drive away! We also appreciated how responsive and kind the hosts were whenever we had a question.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024Communication with our host, Adrian, was excellent. He gave prompt responses to all my questions and was very accommodating. The house was in excellent condition. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was helpful in preparing holiday meals. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024We had a great vacation. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was so relaxing. Location was close to everything, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Very easy communication with the owners. When we come back to Venice again this would be our #1 choice.
