Stayed Mar 10, 2025We had a great time! The house is absolutely beautiful. New construction, clean and modern, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you could ask for. Loved the outdoor space! Close to town, beaches, restaurants. We would happily stay again next time we come to Naples!

Stayed Mar 4, 2025Finally, a VRBO that’s 100% as advertised. The owners have spared no expense and the management/cleaning company is keeping it that way. This was the first VRBO where we actually felt like the place was clean and didn’t feel like the cleaning company rushed or cut corners. Location is close enough to downtown and the neighborhood is rapidly becoming highly desired. I’ve never stayed in the same place twice, usually because expectations/advertisements didn't meet reality, but I would book this again in a second and probably will on future Naples visits.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024The home is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but there were multiple unresolved issues with the stay. Leading up to the stay we spoke with Evolve, the property manager who confirmed multiple times that the pool has a temporary heater that would warm the pool sufficiently. After the fact they told us because the listing doesn’t say there is a heater, it didn’t matter (even though we called to ask). It was ice cold. We were given an incorrect code to enter the house. This was resolved relatively quickly, but should have been an indicator to how our stay would be managed. The house appeared clean and had very strong scent of cleaning supplies, but everyone in our stay had filthy feet that turned black within hours of being in the home. The grill should also be cleaned, it is full of grease and at the lowest setting still had huge flames and caused significant smoke. Again, good potential at this property. Great outdoor area for hanging out and eating meals. Solid location with coffee shop, brewery, park, trails, food trucks with live music all nearby. If the weather did not require a heated pool, the place was cleaner and the communication from the property manager was better - this could easily become a 5-star stay. If traveling here in winter, DO NOT trust any communication about the pool heater We were lied to and not compensated for it, despite our efforts to confirm prior to the trip.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024House was spotless and had so much to offer for everyone staying. Great location and close to everything. Had plenty of supplies and accommodations were wonderful. The owner was so great and communicated often. Would highly recommend this place. One of the best I have stayed in at Naples.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have used individually owned homes on the rental market regularly in the past few years. We like the space and feel of a house versus a hotel room. This was the most beautiful, well appointed home we have ever stayed in. The finishes and furnishings in this house are amazing. It is exactly as it appears in the photos and description. It is also in the “arts district”, a very quiet, convenient part of town. Five plus stars. The only downside is temporary - there is a large house being built next door, which will make the neighborhood more desirable, that was loud with a generator and nail gun going all day. Don’t fail to stay because of the temporary noise.

Stayed Mar 17, 2024We planned to rendezvous from the mid-atlantic with our friends from the midwest. This was a perfect setting. The modern construction was of extremely high quality, great cabinetry and furnishings and comfortable bedding. The screened outdoor dining area, kitchen and pool were spacious and effectively landscaped with foliage to provide privacy. Appliances were top-knotch. The quiet neighborhood, transitioning from well kept 40+ smaller homes, was quiet when construction was not active (before 7:30 and after 3:30 pm). The location was not inherently special but most destinations around Naples were minutes away by car. We loved this base of operations for our March getaway and would stay there again.

Stayed Mar 11, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool was very well maintained. Our kids (6, 10 and 13) used the pool a couple times each day! The place felt much larger than the photos could show us—super tall ceilings and wide hallways. We look forward to returning someday!

Stayed Feb 28, 2024The Contemporary Naples Home is brand-new, exceptionally clean and was perfect for our Staycation. We especially loved the contemporary design, lighting and the openness between the Pool/Outdoor Kitchen and the interior Kitchen/Great Room area. The owner was extremely helpful in addressing a couple of questions that we had. They are in the process of adding a new pool heater which will definitely help future cold-weather guests. The street has three other new homes that are in various stages of construction but the noise was not a big issue (the street currently has no lighting but the home is only a half-block from Bayshore Boulevard and is only 5-10 minutes from the main area of Naples). We will definitely stay here in the future if the home is available.

Stayed Feb 28, 2024The Contemporary Naples Home was great for our Staycation ... very beautiful and extremely clean. We especially loved the contemporary design, interior finishes and the openness between the Pool/Outdoor Kitchen and the interior Kitchen/Great Room areas. The kitchen itself is very spacious and has all high-end, modern appliances. The owner was extremely helpful in answering a couple of our questions and is the process of completing the installation of a new pool heater system (which will definitely help future cold-weather guests). Even though there is on-going construction of three adjacent, new homes on the street, noise was not a big problem. The spacious, well-lighted, double-garage contained numerous beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, etc. for every possible need ... every detail has been addressed. Bayshore Boulevard is only 1/2-block away and safety was not an issue. We will definitely return to this property if it is available when we return in the future.

Stayed Feb 20, 2024Fantastic property. Great outdoor kitchen and the walk-in shower in the master is very nice. Pool is small, and was too cold to use, but the outdoor area was great for lounging and conversation with friends. Good communication from property manager on property access, check-out, etc.
