Stayed Jul 3, 2025Mike & Olya's house is even more beautiful in person, both inside and out.The house is equipped with everything needed for a peaceful stay. The décor and contemporary style made us want to live there — very tasteful.Check-in and check-out were easy to access. We were authorized to enter the house starting at 4 p.m.The cleaning crew was delayed by just a few minutes (maybe 5 minutes), and I immediately received a message saying I had been refunded for the inconvenience. Although such a gesture wasn’t necessary, it showed care, kindness, and respect for their guests.The house is secure, with cameras and an alarm system — a very important factor when choosing where to stay. Communication was also easy and accessible.Although the reservation was for 6 adults, 2 people were unable to join us for the weekend.The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 people. The hosts do not allow pets, which is something we always look for when staying in hotels or rental homes — just a personal preference.We definitely recommend this house as an option when staying in Falmouth.We hope to return next year.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025My partner and I stayed here and enjoyed the beautiful art work on the walls, the master bedroom was extremely comfortable with a very nice shower, and the patio was perfect to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Plenty of options nearby for tood and entertainment but also enough space in the house for a staycation inside. Olya and Mike were were great with communication and we would definitely like to stay again!
