Contemporary, Clean 2 BR Townhome w/ Private Patio Friendly, Fast WiFI ‍

This rental is a find, and everything we look for when booking: safe, CLEAN, well maintained. Outfitted with new and comfortable furnishings, kitchen ware, and linens, not rummage sale junk. Quiet setting. Easy access from major roads; easy parking. Helpful info book with good listing of eating options. Appropriately responsive hosts. We settled in so quickly, and hope to book again and stay longer for our next visit to GJ.

We didn't have pets. Kitchen was great. Minimal contact with the host, but was pleasant and helpful when I did. Chek-in and check-out communication was great.

Clean. As listed. Mattresses were a little hard but otherwise a comfortable stay.

Nice place, pet friendly!

It was a very short stay. Traveling from Nebraska to Utah. We didn't check-in till 9:30 and checked out by 8:00 the next morning. It was clean and was just what we needed. We would stay again if we were in Grand Junction.

We were returning guests and equally as happy with this stay as the last. Property is very clean and well equipped - we love the outside space and location. Great hosts!!! And communication- we will definitely be back again.

This stay exceeded all expectations by far, the house was adorable, extremely clean and the amenities were far more than I thought, the owners were super nice when I communicated through the app 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this place, we can’t wait to come back

The townhome is beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the access to the fire pit and cornhole boards. The bedrooms are large and the beds were very comfortable.

This was an amazing condo! Very clean and super comfy. The neighborhood was peaceful, and this was a terrific location. The condo seemed to be brand new and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful. I highly recommend this for your next visit to Grand Junction.

This VRBO was perfect for our needs! We were traveling with our puppy, and the downstairs was perfect with the little patio she could easily access. The place was clean and simple with plenty of stores within a very short driving distance. Management was wonderful! I booked the wrong night and they immediately found a solution.
