Contemporary 5 Bedroom Home .Easy walk to the beach. Central air

Fantastic communication with our host made for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Scarborough beach. The house was perfect - comfy beds, lovely views, two separate living rooms, kitchen had everything you could want. Thanks Mary!

Mary was lovely and helpful, she made sure to check in with us at the beginning and end of our stay. The backyard is amazing and fully fenced in which was awesome for our toddlers. The grill is great and the deck was perfect for outdoor meals. Can't beat the location, very close to our favorite beaches. The rooms and beds were comfortable. We would have preferred and appreciated if linens were included in the stay but overall were very happy with everything else.

House is great. Even has some beach items for use, that are in great shape. A few upgrades would be ideal - backyard is huge, but not much is there. Great opportunity…..Maybe over time!

Roomy 5 bedroom home in a family friendly neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beach and easy to pull the wagon filled with the necessities ( wagon provided.) Our family of 5 adults and three kids (8,12, and 14) had plenty of room. We enjoyed the multiple decks and spacious fenced in yard in our leisure time, The outdoor shower was a big plus. Kitchen facilities were adequate, and we cooked most nights there.Check in was by text with the host, timely and easy.

We had a great vacation! The couple downstairs bedrooms, living room gave a whole separate area for the younger family members, and a second fridge there is really handy. The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes. The big fenced in yard is great and we enjoyed sitting in both decks. Lisa and her mom were just great. Very responsive. For example, we asked if there were more hangers anywhere and if not would we’d be fine, but they sent them right away! Nice people.

This house is very spacious w/ 3 bedrms, 1 full bath, a large living area plus Laundry facilities on lower level, 2 more bedrooms on upper level, one of which is a master bedroom with its own full bath. There's also a 3rd full bath, large kitchen, dining room, and another large living area on same upper level. There's also a large rear outdoor deck off the dining room, and another small semi concealed, separate deck (w/ ocean view!) on front of house off upper living area. Beautiful spot on a corner lot. Large fenced back yard, plenty of room for outdoor games. We didn't have great weather this year and had to spend the greater portion of our week indoors, but this house has ample space for the dozen or so of us to spread out and relax. Loved it! Thank you!

We loved the layout and comfort of the home. Walk to the beach at north side pavilion is .6 miles and wasn’t an issue. Mary was easy to communicate with.

We have been staying in Scarborough area for many years now. This is probably the best property we have stayed at. 8 adults and four kids (one under 1 year, where the built in gate at the top of the stairs was a huge plus). Two separate living rooms and fenced in yard allowed a “break” from the kids at times. House was very clean and provided plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach but some still drove for kids. Central air was a huge plus versus typical mini split setup. Plenty of beach equipment and kitchen add ins to use. We hope to stay here again! Amazing host with easy communication. Stopped by to meet our family, really appreciate the hospitality

We love this area and have stayed in several rentals to gather with out of state family. This home has great views, decks and yard was huge with games and plenty of chairs. We had a few questions and owner was responsive. The house was clean and spacious.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The house was perfect for a family with varying ages. The double decks were great and the fully fenced in yard was perfect. Mary had everything we could need for a beach vacation and more, plus the short walk to the beach was amazing! We hope to be able to stay again next summer!
